They also have great products for nonlethal self-defense. Highly recommend. United States | 16 July 2023The USPS had mishandled my shipping from Foxlabs, and it sat in limbo somewhere, untraceable. In speaking with Kayla at Foxlabs, she apologized and IMMEDIATELY sent out a replacement with no further cost, which arrived promptly. Then, about 2 weeks later, after we had our replacement already, the original package showed up unexpectedly. We called Kayla again to find out how to return it and, after speaking with her manager, we were told to keep it as a thank you for our patience with the original issue. I have had Foxlabs products for nearly 20 years, and have, fortunately, only needed to use it once. I can tell you, this product was VERY effective, and had an immediate disabling reaction. EXCELLENT, friendly and efficient customer service. I could not recommend them more highly, both the product and the customer service. If there had been an option to give them 10 stars as a rating, I'd unhesitatingly do so. Very, very pleased.

United States | 12 July 2023Wow. It's refreshing to do business with a company that responds and takes care of their customers needs. Doesn't seem to matter what it is. I had an issue with loyalty rewards. I contacted them and fixed within an hour. I bought an SD about a month ago. Quality is awesome and you definitely get what you pay for. I just bought an LE. Can't wait to get it. If you have any reservations about Byrna. Order and you will not be dissapointed.

United States | 12 July 2023I had a minor issue with my LE launcher. Byrna sent me a prepaid shipping label, promptly resolved the issue. All the while, they kept me updated about what the status of the repair was. I had my launcher back in nine days.

She was very patient with me, there were some questions that I had and she ensured that my order was correct and that I got what I wanted. It's not something you see every day, it was as if she wanted to be the best customer service rep out there. United States | 04 July 2023I am pleased with the quality of each product I have purchased from Bryna. Be that the launchers themselves or their many accessories. They are constantly improving on products and seem to be well considered and thought through prior to making them available for sale. Some prices seem fair, some seem a little steep. But if you're going to spend money for that extra sense of security, it would be silly not to spend a reasonable amount on a reliable and quality product. With all of that said, they are dishonest when it comes to shipping. With the amount you typically need to spend each time making a purchase, you would think they could get the product to you faster. They advertise and show on their receipt that the product is shipped by way of UPS Ground. (1-5 days, typically 2-3) However the shipment will be sent by way of UPS SurePost (2-7 days, typically 4-5). This is in and of itself not a terrible problem. But it is a problem and it is deceptive regardless. In some instances, these are ordered for protection from a wide range of things and someone could hypothetically need the launcher sooner than later due to fear of an impending attack. There's a wide range of reasons why Byrna should not only be honest about shipping times, but should also send the items ordered using the fastest reasonable route possible. After studying each step of the shipping process through Bryna, I've also noticed they are slow to get product out of their warehouse, slowing down shipping even more. I get it, demand may be high or for other reasons there may be an issue they have slowing them down. However, this has been a prolonged issue and companies big and small all face this at some point. The difference is, the companies that stick around, solve the problem with great urgency. The ones who don't last, will prioritize other projects that don't impact customer satisfaction. Part of the team can excel but be unable to overcome the issues caused by other areas, employees and especially executives.

United States | 03 July 2023what are fantastic level of customer service! I messed up on the installation of a CO2 cartridge and damaged the part trying to fix it myself. Not only they paid for shipping it back to the factory to inspect and fix, but didn’t charge me for any of the damage parts replacements. I was at Awe! Christine was especially helpful. Great experience.

United States | 29 June 2023I’ve had my LE for a few weeks now and have put over 600 rounds through it without issue. Byrnas support team really makes you feel like they care and want you to be completely satisfied. I had some issues at the beginning but Byrna worked very fast in making everything right. Byrnas rounds do have some issues cracking but they are more than willing to be sure to make it right and send you new rounds. They’ve also been very open about things behind the scenes when asked. I’ll be buying Byrna launchers for my family and friends in the future Byrna has definitely left a long lasting good impression on me! Id also personally like to thank Kayla Paquette who has helped me through everything since I got my launcher.

Wrote customer service on the 12th and heard from them on the 13th and informed of the screws needed were in route on the 14th. STELLAR! Customer service rocks.

This will be my fifth launcher I have purchased. Every transaction with Byrna has gone on without a hitch! Great product. Awesome customer service!

United States | 08 June 2023The gun was good till developed a leak and they want to charge me to return to them for repair and do not need that as i do all my own work. just need 2 o-rings to repair and they will not offer the parts or the specs so I can get my own. not worth buying as its like all other rubber parts that need replaced over time. Customer service is poor and not worth the wasted time or money. DO NOT BUY!!
