The company's products Are Great, and well made, the website is also very user friendly. Sometimes though, you need to speak to a live person. So I was fortunate enough to get through to Maria Dutt... She not only was pleasant,friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the product. She was fast, knew the solution to my questions and represented Byrna Technologies in the best light. I felt confident when I got off the phone with her, if you could clone her, then do so. because she is excellent in her customer service skills!

I ordered my third(3rd) launcher from a Byrna dealer. By the time I received my order, Byrna had it on sale. Called Byrna customer service not to ask for a retroactive discount but just for that free bottle of Kinetics but was told I was not eligible since I didn't buy direct from Byrna and that if I wanted the Kinetics for free I should just buy more (at least $350). So considering that I am a first time Byrna customer and already bought two (2) LEs and an assortment of accessories straight from Byrna and then another LE from a dealer in just a span of 30 days I thought my little request would be considered. All in all not really a totally bad experience but not great either. I guess the lesson is not to buy from dealers to not miss nice deals during sales.

I contacted customer support about an issue was having with NY trigger sticking. With a very quick response they told me that my Co2 Cartridge was to tight. I done as instructed and my launcher is now working perfect!

Update,05/23/2023. Recieved my orange SDXL launcher this morning. Tried it this afternoon and it's impressive. Not something you want to be in front of, definitely a deterrent. They have great service when you need help with your product from them. Seriously quick response and take care of you. The products are up to the job and I love the quality. Especially their customer service!

I called Byrna for help - they sent me a shipping label immediately- then made the repair and shipped back to me immediately. They even included a bunch of CO2 cartridges too!!! My Byrna is back in perfect shape! Fast convenient and very competent service ! Thanks !

Jordan went way above and beyond! My husband started this process and then got busy with a work project and passed if off to me. Jordan changed gears seemlessly into working with me. Then I actually forgot about this repair due to us being out of town and Jordan was fantastically patient. He followed up multiple times to provide gentle reminders instead of letting our issue go unadressed. Once I did get the launcher shipped, he provided consistent updates and ensured the work was done in a timely manner. Additionally, the repair team not only got the job done quickly, they found and repaired another issue we didn't even know about! Definitely a great customer service experience

I spoke with Kayla regarding purchasing the Hike & Strike Walking Stick. I wanted to order three of them and have them sent to two different addresses. The glitch was that I wanted to send them anonymously and she was very understanding when I explained my situation. Not sure herself, she checked with her supervisor and was able to help me do this. We ended up setting up accounts in the receivers' names but kept my email address and phone number on the accounts so that I would receive any information as well as future notices about your products. I must tell you that Kayla demonstrates outstanding customer service and represents Byrna Technologies in a very positive light. She was professional, listened carefully, seemed genuinely interested in helping me and addressed my concerns regarding these purchases. We even talked about additional safety concerns that I have as a woman in the city. She quite knowledgeable about your various products and introduced me to several of them. She patiently answered my many questions. Through her, a thumbs up to Byrna Technologies and many kudos to Kayla!!!

Had a dog try to attack my 7 year old daughter, Byrna kinetic and the OC gas did the trick. When I spoke to William he informed me that the pepper balls are better for the dog as the OC doesn't effect the k9s. Although the kinetic rounds do he trick for sure. I also had a problem with an OC gas ball the came apart from a fault of my own, and I can tell you that for just an accident sniff it was life changing. Attacker won't keep coming after that.

What a wonderful experience! I already knew the products were exceptional, but I must say that the customer service today was incredible. I had a fairly complicated question before I could place an order, so I was a little worried--no need! Christine was so courteous and so willing to get all the information I needed. She never made me feel like I was anything but a valued customer, and she did everything she could to help me. Because of that, I was able to order exactly what we needed. I will not hesitate to call and order in future. She is a credit to the company and was wonderful to deal with. What a pleasure to find real customer service again! Thank you, Christine!

She was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to inform me about the Byrna LE. It’s ammunition and how to use it and I could tell that she had good knowledge and experience with weapons. She explained how to use it and practice using my launcher, something that was refreshing and exciting. Now I’m ready to purchase more accessories, practice ammunition, because of the knowledge that she shared with me about my Byrna LE and how to become more familiar and proficient with my launcher by practicing as much as possible.
