Website was very easy to order from, girls in the office very polite and helpful not pushy, kept up to date with delivery which was earlier than expected, delivery guys were brilliant and glad we paid extra for removable arms to fit sofa bed up the stairs! Quality is amazing, very comfortable, fabric feels luxurious and very easy to use

It was great being able to see all the different sofa options at the warehouse in West London. Emily was amazing and talked me through all the options for colour, sofabed mattress, cushion fillings etc. I didn't have a move date so she put my order through and on hold so it could be submitted when things with my flat move were clearer. I'm really happy with my new sofabed - great quality and really comfortable.

Goods arrived unfinished. Final quality checks before desptch should of picked up this issue.

Very positive experience from start to finish. A very nice showroom, from which I chose and purchased a mattress. High prices but prices are fair and quality is very high. Communication on delivery timescales was good and professional, and in the end they delivered weeks ahead of schedule!

The communication was genuine and professional, the product was amazing and there are a few things I like. I am a complainer but this is very good quality. And the delivery and installation went straight forward with no problems.

Very bad delivery service. Sofa came with significant scratches. Cushions were carried without any protection. The installation team was not able to assemble the bed from the first time (clueless about the product they are supposed to assemble). They had to send another team. Significant scratches were made to the floor. Very unprofessional. Cynical customer service who resisted to recognise errors and replace defective items (e.g cushions)
