A scuff to my sofa arm which happen transit was repaired quickly and now invisible. Love my sable velvet snuggle chair, but am concerned that the leather on my cognac sofa feels ‘thin’ and scratches very easily. Also very slippery so hard to get comfortable on - hoping it will wear in over time.

Called them to ask why theres such a delay and they said our delivery date would be on 21st November! I was initially informed that the sofa bed would take 6-8 weeks to arrive but now I've ended up waiting 3 months for it! Ridiculous

United Kingdom | 18 October 2022order was straight forward and sofa bed was ready earlier than expected. The sofa bed was delivered to room of choice and is exactly what we were hoping for. It is a little high compared to our other sofas (a nice surprise for my tall other half). Delivery to North of Scotland wasn't an issue (something that isn't even an option with many companies or comes with additional surcharges wasn't a problem for darlings of chelsea ). That said, the communication about delivery wasn't "as advertised" but this was also not a surprise given our location. And nonetheless the local couriers were very helpful as always. On the whole - a great service and quality product.

We were free to examine the quality of the vast range of hides, take samples etc. The whole experience of purchasing our furniture was enjoyable. Even the refreshments offered were high quality. Delivery was on time as scheduled. Would definitely recommend Darlings.

United Kingdom | 14 October 2022Customer service was great (Ahmed did a great job working with us!). The only thing that would make it better would be delivery options to Scotland. We ended up having a hard time fitting the couch in our flat and it didn't endup making it to the room we wanted it in (despite measuring). So we have a lovely new couch in our living room instead of our office. The quality of the sofa is very high and it really is a beautiful piece of furniture.

Having first viewed and designed online, made a call to discuss with a very helpful member of staff. Made a visit to the show room to place the order. Kept up to date at every stage and delivery made to suit my timings.

United Kingdom | 06 October 2022Good quality sofa although it has a weird smell. Not a product if you are in a rush - it took more than 6 weeks to arrive. Not a great communication between the store and the delivery company - had to sort the delivery myself at the end.

United Kingdom | 06 October 2022The shop experience was excellent. Delivery was earlier than expected. However we are disappointed with the product as it is misaligned at the base with poorly finished piping in one area. Having been emailed and advised to rectify the misalignment ourselves as it was considered to be a flat pack assembly issue (we had the sofa assembled by the company delivery men), which I refused. Someone came out to look at the sofa and ‘massaged’ the piping, which looked no different. The misalignment issue was not rectified and was told that could just be an issue with it being a flat pack item. This is not good enough at all for an item costing 2k! I considered I was buying a quality product not something from IKEA. We are pursuing the issue and hope that we receive another visit following further photos being taken.

United Kingdom | 05 October 2022Sofabed arrived within acceptable timescales. The delivery men placed the sofa where requested,unwrapped and demonstrated how it operated then removed all the packaging. Professional and polite. I would shop with them again.

United Kingdom | 05 October 2022I previously wrote a review regarding how Atlas of London had failed to install my device properly and caused damages. The response I received from Darlings of Chelsea was absolutely fantastic. Lynsey dealt with our case and has been nothing but brilliant. She has been pro-active in checking in on our desire and how to best find a solution. We arranged for Castelan (furniture technician) to come out and inspect the mechanism. They concluded that the sofa bed mechanism needed changing. Again, Lynsey was on it and organised collection and for Castelan to come out again for expert installation. She also arranged for Atlas to remove the broken mechanism which is happening 10 days time. I therefore change my previous 2 star to a 4 star. My learning is that Darlings of Chelsea has excellent customer service and don't be afraid to raise a concern with them if there is one.
