Australia | 25 March 2025Choose any other domain provider than this one. The support is quick to respond, but thats probably the only good thing about crazydomains. Apart from that, you can expect to be on chat with support everytime you log in because I'm always having problems. I run a marketing agency, and whenever clients go to share permissions to their domains/websites, I cringe, because I know Im about to have some issue pop up. Whether it be I cant get processed with the domain, website changes wont publish. It seems to be a neverending list of problems with this provider...

Australia | 21 March 2025Crazy Domains is the host of our website and email address, and in the past 7 days the email began logging out of Outlook, needing us to sign in again many times. Sometimes it would sign us in but then would log out after sending one email. This has never happened before. After calling the support team, I was told that my password now needed to comprise of 2 uppercase letters and 11 overall characters, including 1 special character. There was no prior notice of such requirement. The email is still not working after being escalated to their senior team. Yet the email address can receive emails, but not send them without being signed out, despite numerous changes to the Port numbers including adjusting SSL/TLS to None. It appears they are testing for solutions but don't actually know what they are doing every time you speak to their support team. I would not recommend this business while they operate with this style of technical, or even potentially deceptive conduct. I would also question the transparency of some of these recent 5 star reviews they have been receiving, considering their short sentences, when compared to the detailed sentences of the recent bad experiences.
