Australia | 21 March 2025Our website is constantly down, every day it is up and down like a yoyo. We rang them up 9 months ago, and said our web site is down all the time, they said it is because we have to upgrade to "Business Hosting Ultimate" at a cost of $1282 for 3 years, so we did it, and they also charged us $108 for advanced Support, to be able to change to this new awesome plan. But the problem kept on happening, so 9 months later, I have just had enough, I have been on the phone, chat and emails to "support" constantly during the 9 months. Now they are saying we have to upgrade to a VPS plan (our web site is a basic professional site, with no shopping cart, no database and no videos, just a few small product pictures). They escalate my case, then they wait until the site is working and they send me some screen shots of the site working, but then the next day my site does not work and I send them some screen shots of 3rd party website testers, showing that my site is down. this repeats almost every day, until they just close my case, and I have to start the whole process again. I have been building web sites for over 20 years. I am shocked at the service from this company. They have also ripped us off by constantly finding new reasons to charge us money, and the person who pays accounts here, never questions them and just pays it, then I come in and see all the money that we have been paying crazy domains and it just makes me want to cry.

Australia | 19 March 2025I purchased a domain and web site builder from Crazy Domains and so wish that I hadn't. Until now my website is still not operating. I have spent hours trying to fix it with tech support who are great at offering platitudes and excuses but not much else. They extorted payment for the web site "buider" and my problem returned immediately with an error message and no website. Following ongoing problems and shut downs over the past 3 months it has been almost a week now that I have been offline. I have lost business revenue and look foolish to those people that are depending on my competence. I have been told today again for the fifth time in the past week that it is being dealt with and I will receive an email from tech support to notify me of any developments. I have received only one email ever from in the past from them telling me to wait another 24 hours.. that was four days ago. I have little faith in getting any sort of satisfaction or a website that actually works.

Australia | 19 March 2025The worst company for hosting application. I purchased windows hosting 6 months ago. It still does not work. First I had issue with connecting to my database. After months of waiting they found that their server does not work and they had to switch to a different server. The new server had issue with extracting zip file and it did not allow to upload unzipped file too. After months of waiting they came to conclusion that their anti-virus is blocking the files. Now I have issue with email service. Despite waiting for one month they still have mot solved the issue. If you have issue that needs developers to solve it then you must wait for months. First the support team works on your issue and they are just guessing to do this and that and it might work. After that if they can't solve the issue then they raise a ticket for the admin team to work on it. Then they will start guessing and you have to keep following their instructions. If admin team fail to solve it they will raise a new ticket for senior ✌️ developer team and they will work on it. I would rather pay more to Azure or AWS rather then waiting for 6 months without getting a proper server that works. TO KEEP IN MIND Their server is very slow Their customer dashboard is very slow and it keep logging you out while you work on it. The documentation is out of date. The company does not refund your money. I DON'T RECOMMENT CRAZYDOMAINS FOR ANYONE.
