Bensons have been superb, I went to Solihull retail park and the staff are amazing, I ordered wrong firmness mattress, my fault but they were true to their 40day trial, and they were absolutely incredible and made changing mattress so easy, my new mattress arrives on 16th April and they take the original back, would highly recommend bensons as they are friendly, honest, and so knowledgeable, a special thank you to Carol for her advice and making exchange my mattress so easy, thank you bensons thank you Carol and all the staff, also delivery drivers are superb, many thanks stefan.

Item came damaged, part sent to my home and I’m expected to replace it

Chap that served us was patient , polite , not pushy at all and knew his products inside out , was so impressed . He even knew his competitions tactics which he explained pros and cons without disrespect to them . So pleased I went in the shop , I don’t know his name but he is sort of man you would welcome as a friend . Whatever he is paid isn’t enough as he is an ambassador for bensons beds . Can’t find one bad thing to say, Martin and staff at the Hastings branch were very helpful and understanding they didn’t pressure or over sell friendly, helpful, knowledgeable made the whole experience of choosing and buying a new bed very comfortable experience thank you guys really appreciated all your help from start to finish.
