The gentleman was brilliant he wasn't overbearing. He listened to what we wanted and to the fact we were originally just looking. He was at hand at any point when we had questions but was not.hovering. extremely polite and greeted us the moment we walked into the store. We originally left to have lunch and have a chat about what we wanted and he was not pushy whatsoever that we hadn't made a decision and wished us a nice day. We came back after about an hour and he was just as polite as before. He gave us all of the information possible. He was upbeat and positive throughout. Everything was done swiftly and gave us all of our options to do with collection or delivery with the relevant prices. Everything was clear and accommodating for us! Tim is an amazing asset to the team at bensons for beds! We couldn't have asked for better service!

Bought a bed/ headboard Beautifully made I would use bensons again. BUT I MUST STATE, STEVEN, LEE THE DELIVERY TEAM WERE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, a pleasure to have in my home. THEY HAD A TRAINEE WITH THEM & HE WAS AWSOME

Delivery arrived on the expected date, was given a 2 hour delivery slot between 7-9am however it arrived bang on 7am so wasn’t left waiting. Telephoned about half an hour before arrival to inform of their arrival time. Arrived at expected time, very efficient. Staff were very pleasant.

The staff were friendly and reasonably helpful. The headboard itself had a few loose pulls of cotton which unfortunately I hadn’t noticed in the shop. The computer receipt was exceedingly slow! 🥱 The delivery people, which are separate to Bensons but employed by then were fabulous!

We originally bought a bed from Bensons on 29th March with a delivery date of April 4th. Waited in all day... bed wasn't delivered. Apparently hadn't be loaded on the lorry, we weren't happy but agreed mistakes happen so planned to have it delivered today (10th April) exact same has happened. Waited in all day... bed wasn't delivered!!! Instead of putting this right we were told next delivery would be 16th April. No one told us on either occasion that it wouldn't be delivered, we have had to make a lot of phone calls, with no answers. Absolute joke, customer service is awful, no business should work like this. I would not recommend shopping with them, if you do be prepared to be let down.
