Mattress ordered for delivery but not loaded on van. Waited at home for delivery mid afternoon, phone call received just prior to delivery slot to state mattress not loaded. Delivery has been rearranged for a week later without consultation and not convenient. We will cancel the order and purchase elsewhere. Staff at branch in Cambridge not helpful.

Came into store looking to purchase 2 double beds with mattresses and was made to feel very welcome by Sales assistant Jean who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable

we found what we needed, had a great service and was able to arrange delivery for when suited me.

Great in store service until delivery day.wasnt explained was a charge to fit it together. Bed base came dirty and marked,even though knew this, dropped it off and phoned through to report. Not what you expect and was in thick plastic coverings says its been thrown around to rip that strength of plastic. Wasn't too happy

Bensons for Beds hang your heads in shame. 2 weeks ago ordered a bed should of been delivered last week. Did not get loaded in the warehouse. Re booked for today between 0700 and 0900. No sign of it and now can't get through to anyone. 2 weeks of sleeping on the floor. Your customer service team and your distribution team need the sack, absolute waste of skin the lot of them. Absolute shambolic shambles of a company take your money and couldn't care less. I even made the offer to collect it myself at my own expense and was told its not allowed. Jokers!!!!!!!

Excellent service. It was so useful to have someone look up what bed I had bought previously so we knew which mattress it was because it is so comfortable my husband wanted the same. The lady who served us was knowledgeable and didnt rush us.

A very easy to use website with a great price. The bed was put together and is fantastic. The two men’s whom delivered and put the bed together were really friendly and totally professional. There was a delay in my delivery although that was my fault. The people whom I spoke to at the call centre were always helpful and friendly. I give a big thumbs up to benson for beds.

Excellent staff, Julia made buying my bed a great experience, got tested for what mattress would suit me best. Ordered, and delivery went smoothly. I was kept informed on delivery process and the delivery team of Cam & Barry did a excellent job, talked me through how to look after bed, took away packaging. Very friendly and speedy.

Orderred a matress refurb on the Sat with guaranteed delivery of 10 April. Had 2 texts confirming delivery. At 16.30 on 9th April had a text saying delivery postponed to 16th and an email saying delivery postponed to 22nd. Rang Customer Services (27 mins on hold) to be told new delivery 02 May and even then its not guaranteed.....What? how does that work. Customer Services person not even remotely bothered. Phoned the shop and got no further with them. Go somewhere else!

David, the store manager was extremely helpful in the purchase of a new mattress. He gave us all the information required to make an informed choice and the right decision without any pressure selling whatsoever. The mattress arrived on the day and time agreed by two very courteous drivers. Would recommend this store.

Shannon at the Elk Mill location was fantastic. Didn’t follow us around pestering us, just let us browse a few different options and was available when we needed her. Explained the mattress protection scheme perfectly and made it all make sense. If you’re heading to Elk Mill lolok out for her!

Really nice sales assistant

We have purchased 4 x different mattresses and 2 x bed frames for our house move and Afzaal from Rose Kiln Lane, Reading branch made the shopping process a breeze by explaining the pros and cons of all items in detail. We were provided recommendations which really suited to our needs and helped us finalising on both mattresses and bed types which generally means getting into a rabbit hole due to the amount of options available. Still waiting for the items to be delivered and will update the review accordingly but service received so far has been worth a mention.

Thoroughly happy with the mattress and the quality of the purchase. Definitely wanted to thank the delivery person who managed to get the mattress up to the third floor and he was exceptionally kind and helpful. If he reflects all your drivers I would definitely recommend Benson beds.
