Eventually, I had to call the store and wait until the relevant staff member was available, which took a long time. The entire process took me six hours just to make a simple amendment to my order. On top of that, the delivery was delayed by an hour beyond the scheduled time.

United Kingdom | 11 April 2025BENSONS FOR BEDS - communication is shocking no one talks to each other or communicates via the Internet. I was told by customers services to go to my local store which now isn't local due to my local branch closing down. I drove an hr away for the manager to say he couldn't do anything on the system as it was locked by head office as i needed a replacement bed base due to this breaking now for the 2nd time. This had been going on since January and we are now in April. The branch couldn't get hold of head office at the time of me being in store so he said he would keep trying. Eventually head office released something on the system for them to go ahead and change the bed base and booking a delivery date. 2 days before delivery I was then called by someone else from the store to say it wasn't being delivered then as the manager of the store did not sort out payment as it was a straight swap so again I then had to wait another 3 weeks for the delivery
