Extremely friendly, didn't badger me with questions. I was left to browse for a minute or two then asked if I wanted help or advice. Shane at the Cwmbrân store was extremely patient with me and answered every question I had. I will highly recommend Bensons for Beds Cwmbrân!!!

Good customer service

The sales team, especially Malcom were very helpful. Explained the different options and ensured we were happy with our selection. The quality of the beds and wide choice were able to meet our needs.

I've just collected my order today 5/04/25, to my disappointment I've just discovered that the Mattress was refurbished, this was not mentioned at the time of purchase, the assumption given was that it was brand new, TBh I'm not gappy but because I have no mattress I have mo choice. Although there were several prospective customers in the store, we received informed and not too pressured service. There were several free or cut-price offers on a range of purchases.

After purchasing a ottoman bed and mattress for nearly £2k to find the ottoman bed reduced by £270 10 days later was extremely disappointing and made our experience with Benson beds extremely disappointing and we will not be a returning customer! I suggest fully read the small print and spend your moneys where you you know you will be getting value for your money !

On visiting Benson beds we were greeted and allowed to look around the the showroom at leasure and when we needed assistance to purchase our new bed the staff were very helpful with information and guidance for delivery

Very friendly and efficient service

Doug and Nick were very courteous to us and treated my home with respect. Mattress delivered to bedroom with out any fuss from arrival to installation no more than 10 mins l. Great job guys
