My sister and myself visited the Chester Store at Greyhound Park. We were looking to buy a single bed for my sister who has a very bad back condition. The sales person named “Barry” was very friendly and helpful. He was very patient and understanding as my sister tested the comfort of many mattresses We chose a bed and the transaction was all sorted out very easily. Would recommend this company!

Felt not sufficient staffing with the amount of customers present when we were in the store. Good selection of items available. Able to look around the store without pressure, couple of mattresses selected and a chat with staff gave us some clarity about the items. Mattresses selected, delivery date organised and payment made. All straight forward.
