Good service at the Harlow store , the only thing that let it down was the fact they didn’t have the exact bed we wanted to try so we had to gauge it with some advice from the staff .. Obviously they can’t have every bed in every size ( Bit it would have helped 🤣 )

Jack was fantastic in telling us everything we needed to know and helping us with any questions I had. He was very friendly and was understanding of our kids being with us, nothing was too much for him. He was very cautious of my younger child getting upset and worked through the process quickly and professionally making sure we had all the right information.

I had a member of staff helping me choose the best option for me. She priced up my final choice for me to consider and at no point did she pressure me into making a decision there and then. I considered my choice over night and confirmed my purchase the following day.

Ordering Fine. Delivery very good / quick and efficient. Driver called and advised would arrive in 30 mins. Took old mattress away and bagged before leaving. Too many reminder emails about the delivery.

Professional and efficient service

Really happy with the service from Benson's. It's my second time using them and can't fault either. The added tip from the delivery team this time about watching out for the bed springing open after the packaging was removed was really helpful because we wouldn't of known otherwise:) thank you, and the fact that the bed was so simple to put together as it came in 2 halves which we wasn't expecting was a very welcome surprise :) from ordering the bed to sleeping in it so far I cannot fault anything :)

Service was excellent, from store to delivery. Polite and friendly. Only waited a week for my mattress, and delivered with care. The matress is excellent and I never thought I would be comfortable in bed again. But this mattress is heaven. Thankyou Bensons !!!
