Very helpful and listened to what I was looking for. I was looking for a new mattress and bed base but nothing in the shop was quite right for the mattress. I mentioned I had seen one on line David looked it up, read everything and thought it would meet my requirements. It was good to have an expert opinion. Everything sorted out very quickly

The delivery was on point seamless from appointment to delivery very courteous & professional. bought a new bed payed a lot of money for it first base had mould on it they gave us a new one matttress 8 months old everytime you move hear springs moveing not ment to happen we sent lots of pictures they sent some one out said nothing wrong that final got 5 years guarantee waste of time should have gone to oak land

Just had my mattress delivered by the nicest and most helpful staff - Veiga and Jack!! The mattress came already flat so didn't need to roll out and with limited packaging. They removed the plastic covering and took their shoes off when I asked as they were entering my bedroom which has carpet. So helpful. The delivery took about 5 months which was a painful wait, but the mattress delivery was 10 x easier than the previous mattress I had to return. I also have to give my gratitude to Alton who is the sales advisor at the Croydon purley way branch. He was so attentive to my needs. He was informative, took his time and helped me choose a mattress. Hopefully the mattress suits my needs.

Very good service, friendly and polite. My only nag is that during my previous visit two weeks prior, I was informed the sale and offers discussed would end on Tuesday (2 days later), however I found this to be incorrect as the sale and offer was still on. I really do not appreciate false information.

A store colleague was most helpful showing me different beds and firmness of mattress. When I purchased he fully explained the breakdown of invoice which I found most useful when looking at my invoice later.
