Great choice of bed frames and mattresses Well presented showroom. We dealt with Kerry, who was very knowledgeable about Bensons For Beds products and a pleasure to deal with 👍🏻

My salesperson, Darrell, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

We felt no pressure at all in store and were left to try at our own pace. Store service was easy. Delivery was on time, friendly and everything put where we asked. Bed is lovely, comfortable and frame is sturdy, easy to put together.

We visited the store at Huntingdon to choose a new mattress. Tony, the sales executive gave us advice in accordance with our needs and preferences and helped us to make the right choice. Thanks Tony. This purchase was to replace a previous Benson Beds Mattress purchased many years ago that has given excellent service.

From the video call to the delivery and assembly I cannot fault benson for beds The staff were perfect and helpful From the lady who assisted me on the call taking the time to show me the beds I was interested in so I could make a choice - no sales person bothering me to buy something different as in shops no travel and getting lost - she helped me then to complete my sale and arrange delivery The delivery guys were great very polite quick and clean no rubbish left anywhere - even little bits picked up! I now have the perfect ottoman bed to complete my new home. Thank you Benson for Beds Highly recommend them from video call to assembly

When I visited Bensons to order a new bed it was at a very stressful time. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They took time to consider which mattress type would be most suitable ( it couldn’t contain wool) and a new bed is arriving in a few weeks.

When visited the bensons store on Clifton Moor. I was looking for a mattress only for my son. The gentleman who approached me was very friendly he took me to some of the lighter beds 1st reasonably priced. He wasn’t pushy like some sales persons in other shops. Very processional. Gave me a few dates for delivery. Lovely experience I would definitely buy from them again. When you receive good customer service you will always return.

Me and my wife walked in to Bensons we started looking around and my wife asked wif they had any electric beds that moved the Lady Sarah said there is two upstairs so Sarah said I will get you the lift as my struggles with some stairs so when the lift come sarah explained how to use the lift we gets upstairs and stats trying the first bed out sarah explained that it had got 10% off today on this one and she the told is to try the other one so we went over to the other and tried it out but we didn't think it was as good as the first one so we went back to that one me and my wife decided to have the first one the Sarah explained that we could pick which colour we wanted and headboard also then she said about finance too which we set up she the said we would get emails through telling us when the headboard and the bed would be coming as the would be coming from different places we paid the deposit and left happy

Reece was great, very helpful - try the bed machine that tells you where you need the support and what type of mattress you prefer - its great. Reece helped me find the mattress most suited and was very patient and informative.

Don't buy when pregnant!! I bought my new bed and matress at 5 month's pregnant, it felt very uncomfortable I woke up with aches all over my body I was sure it was due to my pregnancy because it couldn't be my new bed surely. But 10 weeks postpartum and my body hurts so much worse. My shoulder hips and knees burn through the night I have to turn over multiple times and my back aches so much. I expect broken sleep with a newborn but with this uncomfortable matress it's killing me! The aches and pains from the matress are exhausting and after a long day I dread going to bed. Is there anything I can do? Please help!!

Can't fault the bed! Excellent quality and the mattress is great. Only criticism is the price. Quite expensive and I had discount.
