Friendly and knowledgeable about there products

A headboard ordered 07/02/25 was delivered 05/03/25. The wrong bolts were supplied and so I was unable to attach it to the bed frame. I have sent numerous emails and whatsapp messages but still I wait for the correct bolts to be supplied. They have sent one lot but they, too, are incorrect. At present all I am getting from them is silence. What should I do - dance?

Great service from Bensons Beds. The delivery and assembly of our new bed was performed perfectly by Luke & Callum. They contacted me 30 minutes before arrival, arrived on time, took off their shoes when entering the house, were very careful in moving the bed parts into the house and up the stairs and assembled the bed exactly where we wanted it. They took away all the packing and left the bedroom perfect. Many thanks to Bensons Beds, Luke and Callum. Most impressed 👍
