It would have been nice to have assembly instructions and a care guide for the bed. This was an expensive purchase and a bit more care could have been taken on the call from the customer service advisor.

She spent plenty of time with us allowing me to try the bed we had come in to look at and to try several mattresses whilst providing us with all the information we required. The store was clean and tidy and had a lovely calm feel to it especially with the lovely relaxing 70's music playing.

United Kingdom | 02 April 2025Ordered a mattress in the Orpington store, to be delivered to an address near Glasgow. Also booked the removal of an old bed. Orpington store service was first rate. Delivery guys slid the old bed along our hall instead of lifting it and caused damage to our brand new wooden floor. To be fair, they did not try to deny it and we were contacted later the same day to figure out how to proceed.

However, before it was even delivered, we found out that it had been discounted by £200. When we reached out to Bensons, they refused to price match, citing their strict ‘7-day policy.’ The lack of support and flexibility from their customer service has been incredibly frustrating. It feels like they take advantage of customers, refusing to make things right even when it's clearly unfair. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless you're comfortable overpaying and dealing with unhelpful customer services

We ordered a bed and were explicitly told there was no discount available. Yet, before it was even delivered, the price was reduced by £200. When we contacted them, they refused to honor the new price, hiding behind their rigid ‘7-day policy.’ This is nothing but a greedy, dishonest way to do business. Instead of valuing loyal customers, they take hard-earned money while offering zero flexibility or fairness. Their so-called policies are just an excuse to avoid doing the right thing. If you value transparency and good customer service, avoid this company at all costs. They do not deserve your business.

Their policies are designed to rip people off, and their customer service is useless. They take your money, refuse to do the right thing, and leave you feeling completely cheated. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Bensons for Beds will take your money and give you nothing but frustration in return. Absolute disgrace of a company!

United Kingdom | 02 April 2025My order was confirmed on 12/29 with delivery date "to be arranged" Got delivery update on Jan 17 that the delivery will be on 3/14. A bit surprised that it takes so long for the delivery. Luckily my new home is not ready yet so it's ok for me but may not be so for others.

He couldn’t have done more. We hadn’t expected to order on the day but we’re so impressed by his service and the quality of bed and mattress we decided to place our order there and then.
