Excellent customer service by Judy at the Norwich branch . She was very informative without being pushy ! We purchased a bed and then had to return to change the size of the mattress as we realised it would not fit up the stairs ( thanks to Judy for reminding us to measure ) on return the process to change the size was easy and again great customer care

Staff were very friendly. Did not rush us in making our decision on the bed(s) we wanted. Showed us the different beds they had! It made it easier to choose which beds were best for us!. Benson for beds are our favourite bed place would only buy from them the quality of their beds are excellent.

Original order, waited until 3 days before delivery date then was emailed by bensons that the date had changed by another month, with no certainty of this not surpassing this date, I was offered 10% for an alternative product which there were non available. Had no choice but to spend double, not ideal, cost to install the beds was almost the cost of the original beds. I would carefully consider your option when purchasing from Benson’s.

Help very knowledgable and helpful. I asked about delivery and taking away old mattress and informed 50 pounds for recycling. I assumed that amount included delivery. Paid amount asked for and latter realised that charged extra 39 pounds for delivery not mentioned previously. My fault for not checking but had I realised this payment I probably would not have ordered and looked for a better deal elsewhere as this was first shop visited. After an excellent experience in shop this was a disappointing aspect!

Was overall happy with transaction but it all fell down when I found out items where arriving differently which took out the shine from the experience.Would have been fab if bed and mattress arrived together.
