We had a very positive experience in store purchasing our mattress and was satisfied with it at first. However, after just 3 years the mattress has started to collapse and bensons have declined to replace or refund. The mattress cost the best part of £700 and we did everything we was advised in relation to care for the mattress properly. I would expect a mattress at this price and so called quality to last longer than it has. I've had much cheaper mattresses that have last considerably longer. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed with the outcome of our complaint and will not be using them against.

I was very happy with Bensons for beds,the customer service was excellent they were very helpful and the information was very useful in helping me make my mind up to which bed was best for me, I would recommend Benson for beds to anyone I was so pleased with the service I ended up bying 2 double beds

From start to finish Dave the store manager was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to assist us even though he should have finished for the day. We could not fault the service.

I can honestly say Bensons for Beds delivery team, namely Joel & Nick, were absolutely top class. Confirmed the date of delivery a week in advance and on the actual date, text to say they would be earlier than anticipated by approximately 1 hour. Later rang to say they would be here in 20 minutes. After putting shoe covers on when they arrived they were so expertise plus careful in delivering and removing both mattresses. In fact the best delivery team I have ever encountered. A real credit to Bensons for Beds whom I would.highly recommend. A big thank you for excellent service all round.

Company only managed to deliver part of the bed, slats missing ended up sleeping on the floor, until missing part eventually arrived which seemed to be a real effort on customer services to resolve.

Had great service

I recently had a delivery of wardrobes that I had purchased from bensons for beds. One of the main selling points for me was that there was free assembly on this particular item . I have now had my wardrobes delivered and assembled. As I was working I had to arrange for someone else to take delivery and wait while they were assembled. Although the delivery driver / assembler was very friendly and efficient I feel that the assembly should have been done by 2 people and not just-one as was the case.The doors of the wardrobe are mirrored and very heavy. The finished wardrobe is very unstable and there is a lot of movement when the doors are closed. I am very dissatisfied with this aspect of my purchase, although I am happy with the wardrobes. I was advised to attach the wardrobes to the wall but surely this is for safety rather than to make the wardrobes stable . I don’t want to get someone else to fix this as I am afraid it would invalidate the 10 year warranty that came with the wardrobes.

From start to finish, I must say that the service in this store is excellent , friendly and informative. Both the women that were working there , Jane and Jude were brilliant. They were friendly and helpful and in no way pushy at all. They answere dany questions I had clearly and explained the delivery process and how to look after the mattress. So, they made me wish to buy from them. They are a credit to your store at J32. I just hope your iGEL 2025i mattress is as good as them!

Very well made bed, and not difficult to put together. Appears to be engineered to last.

Went out l Needing a new mattress for our bed. Shop Assistant was very knowledgeable about the products he sold. No hard sell . Asked us the right amount of questions. Was not pushy was happy to move mattresses about so we could try them on a divan . Would recommend

Mark was great . Polite and professional and there when we needed him rather than following us around like a lost puppy. Perfect service .
