Our purchase bought online from the factory outlet turned out to be far better than we expected. It was described as “ex display” and so we anticipated maybe some slight marks or evidence of use, but the item that arrived was brand new and had never been unboxed or assembled. It also arrived within 10 days of ordering which was better than the 3 weeks quoted and the delivery company that Ercol used were excellent. The Ancona Breakfast table that we purchased is a perfect size for our kitchen, is beautifully designed and manufactured and looks very stylish.

Great products and the customer service is first class, above and beyond. Packaging is as good as it gets too, and the delivery information is accurate. Highly recommended.

Ordering was easy. Products were delivered much earlier than the 9 week time estimate and came well packed. My recent purchases, dining chairs had been on display in store but were in excellent condition, hence great value for money. The only thing stopping a 5* review was that I didn't receive the promised message saying when delivery was planned, so we were out and the chairs were left outside our front door, albeit boxed but on display to the street and open to weather. Fortunately my husband got home and found them before anyone else did and before it rained.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND QUALITY.

We purchased a large Ercol Enna recliner sofa from our local store Aldiss (to support a local business and a British manufacturer). 6 months after having it, a fault developed in the seat mechanism. I contacted Aldiss, who then contact Ercol, who then outsource to the Emmiera Group, who then outsource to a local sofa repair business. It took 3 months to eventually have a new mechanism replaced due to all the outsourcing and needing to do school runs which both the Emmeira Group and the local sofa repair business would not take into consideration when booking appointments. Now the other side of the sofa mechanism is faulty and having exactly the same difficulties from the Emmiera Group and the local business, turning up without calling me the evening before with a time slot. I always have to chase up my local store (will never purchase from them again), Ercol have never been in touch and with the outsourcing to the Emmiera Group and further outsourcing to a local contractor, means they don't care a jot about customer service or satisfaction. Is this what you get from buying from both a local store and a British business???? Furthermore, why has the sofa mechanism broken twice in under a year???

Order went very smoothly. Ancona shelves are stunning and look amazing.i would have no hesitation in buying from the outlet again.

The item looks really smart in our living room and the infra red "eye" is a great idea so that the remotes still work even when the unit doors are shut. Although not cheap, the ex-display price made it affordable and we're really pleased with it.

I only wanted to buy a single Outlet item, but it was a very simple exercise given by a very understanding staff.

We have bought Ercol since we were married in 1970. The high quality of design and workmanship has been consistent and timeless and as a consequence we have never had cause to replace any item. We now have a home consisting of an eclectic collection of designs and types of wood and we love them all. Our recent purchase met our expectations, sits well with what we already have and we are delighted with it.

August 2022 we purchased from Hunters in Derby a Monza Table, 4 como chairs and a Monza bench, the table and chairs have always been a solid product, however the quality of the bench is very poor and wobbles from side to side when sat on, it is only used 2 times a week with 1 person on it and one day with 3 on it, feels very unsafe and looking at the structure this is due to the support rails/magazine rack is doing nothing to tie the legs together. The customer service response was not helpful.

Delivery was much quicker than was quoted and the items are exactly as expected.
