I brought a chest of draws from the clearance store via the web. I was nervous as I had not seen it with my own eyes but it was perfect I was really happy.

Ordered a Cosenza sofa as it was beautiful and comfortable in the show room. Supportive, taut fabric and firm button back looking stylish. Unfortunately the sofa I received seems to have different inners as the back squishes and looks permanently crumpled even from day 1, the seat cushion does not bounce back, now dips in the centre and the fabric looks baggy. I'm only 9 stone and had it less than a month! It doesn't feel like furniture that is "made with integrity and fit for purpose" as per Ercol's strapline. There's now a lengthy process ahead of me to get this resolved. I hope Ercol can help me and build back my trust for such a renowned brand but until then - be careful. What you see and try is not always what you get.

From ordering to delivery Ercol proved excellent. I have always wanted the iconic Ercol Day bed and I'm not disappointed. Even the cover, which I wasn't able to choose because the sofa came from their outlet division, fits in perfectly with my decor.

There was no suggestion that I was buying a substandard piece of furniture, simply that it was discontinued. But perhaps that's normal for Ercol furniture nowadays - substandard furniture that doesn't last. of course I don't want to buy another Ercol substandard chair at whatever discount you're offering!

Lovely ash loveseat, which looks brilliant in the hall. A keepsake piece to pass down. The deliverers were a little reluctant to unbox it so we could check it was OK. But once taken out it was lovely.

Very nice chair, well packaged. Didn’t receive email with delivery date until after I phoned and emailed Ercol. Didn’t receive a text or email one hour prior to delivery (it arrived after the delivery had been made).

Superb value buying direct from Ercol's own clearance selection on the website. Delivery was very prompt and assembly done on site quickly and efficiently. The sofa we bought is as good as brand new and a delight to use.

Had the wrong item delivered. Now unpacked in my house and it’s still going to take the same time again to get its replacement sent. 🤷🏼‍♀️
