Bought from Ercol outlet and very pleased with my new table. It was delivered efficiently and easy to assemble.

Love Ercol furniture

Some pieces were missing (4 of the rods needed to put shelves in place were not supplied). I found it impossible to contact you to ask for replacements (where is your phone number?!), so had to buy some myself. The delivery service was poor as the delivery men did not assemble the shelves (I expect this is why no one realised some of the rods were missing).

I was delighted to find my ‘discontinued’ bar stools on the outlet website. The price was very good and the service outstanding. They arrived within three working days. Thank you!

Website good, though info on product (size, weight) rather limited. Ordering, payment, confirmation good. Information about delivery by third party received promptly, and kept informed throughout.

We had to communicate with Ercol after a delivery hiccup (not their fault, just one of those things) and they were excellent at listening to and resolving the problem. The stools are perfect and I will be ordering more furniture from them. 5 star service all round.

Beautiful tables, fast delivery and great value (clearance outlet)

The seat cushion on my new Ercol Enna sofa has sagged. I know that the leather pools, but now it’s so bad that leather loosely lays across the hollow where the filling has sunk. After three months!!!!

Amazing value for money from the Ercol Outlet store. Huge savings and as new quality. Delivery was superb too. A great experience.

The Customer Services Team at ERCOL recently dealt with the repairs to the electrical reclining mechanism of my Sofa. Everything was dealt with in a manner that can only be described as First Class, which included all the information I needed in the build up to the repairs being carried out. This includes Emmiera (the Company who carried out the actual repairs) and the Engineer himself.

Easy ordering. Good communication from delivery guys. I’ve not opened the boxes yet but I’m sure the bed will be awesome.

This company is trading on a reputation they had 30 years ago, I’ve seen better quality flat pack. They think it’s acceptable to provide poor quality furniture then say there’s nothing wrong with it - If you ever consider buying their firewood as that’s all it’s fit for think long and hard then walk away - the company are only interested in your money not the customer. I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star.

I checked Ercol ms outlet site found the panel tables I had wanted for some years. The price was very good when they arrived they were really lovely I have several Ercol pieces and now my panel tables at a very good price 😊
