Very competitive price and delivered in half the expected time

The table was damaged. It was taken away. Ercol have not been in touch about this. Very disappointing.

Item was damaged on delivery. A replacement was ordered straight away but we have to wait another 4 weeks for delivery which means we didn’t have the item when it was needed. Disappointing.

Great customiser service and communication.

The product was brilliant, cannot fault it, however the delivery team were terrible. Initially telling me they couldn’t get the new sofa through the garden gate and when they eventually did just left it in the middle of the lawn, leaving a pensioner and his wife to move it into the house themselves!!!

Excellent customer experience from start to finish, with service levels beyond expectation and a truly world class product.

The Askett flip-top table has been beautifully designed, is quite simple, practical, good quality and is very well made. It's quite heavy and requires two people to lift it, but it was very easy to put together. I'm really pleased with it. Thank you.

I have had the most unpleasant two hours on the telephone talking to what is laughingly called customer Care. We had a Bellaria Sofa delivered on the 24/6/2022 the wooden arm was broken. The delivery team sent the upholstery team in who told us this happens very often. But no problem they would report it and it would be repaired in 7-10 days. and the care team would be in contact. They never did I called them on the 6/7/ I eventually spoke to an operator who advised it would be done by the 9/7 it wasn't I followed up on the 26/7 only to find out the part hadn't been ordered at all !!!!!!! Now we are being given a delivery time of NINE WEEKS I have found the whole procedure extremely unpleasant speaking to Staff who appear to be completely helpless. They tell me it is impossible to get any information from the factory and I must just wait. I am hoping this review will encourage someone at head office to give me a little care and consideration.

Delighted with the furniture except one leg of the sofa was damaged. The service received by Violet in customer support was exemplary and the issue is in the process of being resolved. However, the delivery company BJS would stop me from ordering from Ercol again if they were being used. I made several attempts to upgrade the delivery from hallway to room of choice without success. The delivery men were unhelpful and they refused to carry the suite up the side steps even after we spoke to the head office. Long story short, two scaffolders working at a neighbour’s carried it to our patio and my husband and I got it into the house with great difficulty. We’re in our sixties and an Ercol Enna sofa and two chairs are very heavy! Find a new delivery partner, Ercol.

I was kept fully up to speed with delivery. Delivery drivers pleasant and helpful. Product as gorgeous as anticipated. A great experience all round!

Errol products are made to a very high quality, giving many years of use. Ordering and delivery went very smoothly. Kept informed of delivery details through out the process. Very efficient delivery on the day.

I purchased from Ercol Outlet…..be warned…if you scroll down to the hyperlinks for furniture from their outlet this take you to their EBay site….selecting from Outlet you are charged £69 delivery, purchasing the same item through the link to EBay you get free delivery. I tried, unsuccessfully to query this with Ercol, via the ‘contact us’ link and phoning. No response to my query, with the phone call, a very bored sounding person answered and after putting me through to ‘the person who deals with Outlet’ someone called Mary, the phone was cut off… Perhaps someone would be courteous enough to answer why I was charged £69 delivery purchasing from Outlet, but Ebay, where Ercol would be charged Sellers Fees was free delivery? Other than that I am very pleased with my purchase and delivery was efficient, on time and good communication. UPDATE.. Reply from Ercol… It seems there is an error on the website . Our Direct Sale part of the website delivers “ white glove service “( to room of choice and unpacked) Ebay is free as it is door drop only What we hadn’t realised was that the website was not distinguishing between Direct Sale part and the newly set up Outlet part and charging the same …. I have now receive a full refund for my delivery fee. Many thanks to the Outlet team, it was just a shame that the Customer Service department weren’t so responsive.

Smooth process from ordering through to delivery. Items packed very well. Felt we had service even though it was all done online.

Beautifully designed chairs and Ercol delivered on time.

The sofa is lovely but the delivery was a little stressed as the company needed a parking space which I was not warned about. Then I was asked if I had a drill so they could remove the package structure support. It was quite odd! As then one guy went to the van and got a screwdriver they just didn’t seem to know what they were doing completely to fulfil the job.

I am over the moon with my Ercol Forli sofa. The quality and style of the wooden legs and the upholstery are fantastic and it makes a real statement in our living room. It’s super comfy and any marks are easy to rub out (important with young children!). I now want to replace all my furniture with Ercol!
