Delivered before the due delivery day. Packed really well, and just what was ordered.

Delivery on time, good communication and helpful staff.

I would have given five stars but for the fact that communication was not great. After placing order and being told delivery would be within four weeks I heard nothing until an email arrived from a delivery company who arranged my delivery. The delivery was fine but this is the first communication since ordering that I have had from Ercol. Perhaps I shouldn't be surprised as I have ordered previously and the procedure was exactly the same. As always,though, furniture has been excellent.

Sofa and chairs arrived 3 weeks earlier than expected. It was extremely difficult to see how these were not new.

Beautifully made furniture, arrived much more quickly than I had expected, & at a very good price for such a well-made piece. Lovely match for my other Ercol pieces.

Excellent service

The chair is perfect for sitting at my desk. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because I had no warning of its delivery either from Ercol or Royal Mail/Parcel Force. I didn't even know it would be delivered by Royal Mail/Parcel Force. We missed the first delivery attempt but luckily not the second. The chair was well packaged.

Always great quality products and I was looking for a bench for my kitchen which they had sadly discontinued but I got an absolute bargain from their outlet store which was an ex display model! Perfect condition and delivered a week later! Worth checking the linked outlet store 10/10

Great communication with the delivery company.

Studio couch. Really comfortable. Looks wonderful. The addition of thin felt pads where the back rest is attached stopped the initial creaking. It arrived in a huge cardboard box which would have benefited from handles of some kind considering the weight and bulk. Otherwise we would have given 5 stars.

Lovely stools from the outlet section of the Ercol store. Delivered ahead of schedule too. Well packaged perfect for what we wanted. These will last a very long time and never go out of fashion. Great service.

Good compact bedside table . Perhaps the drawers are slightly wobbly. Was a long wait though from order to delivery of around 11 weeks.

Sideboard delivered with a broken latch last month. Waiting for customer services to contact. Dirt outs looks nice but the door doesn’t open. A generous 2 star sorry.
