Friendly staff at the Rochdale branch. Bought several watches over last 12 months. Service i received was great, very accomodating. Watches live up to all expectations. Thankyou to Stacey, Lou,Bex, Shaz and Stef.

I have never used a pawnbroker before, I found the staff very polite,welcoming on entering. They explained thoroughly the ins and outs of the procedure and payment plan. On every visit to the shop I was always met with courtesy and politeness from all the staff. If the need arises again I wouldn't hesitate in using your services and I will be recommending my Family and friends too. Well done St.Helens with regards

Went to the shop to exchange some money as I’m on holiday with my husband and daughter, this young lady Clara served us, even guided us to the train station as we were a bit lost. I was very happy with the service and will definitely be back for more👍

Absolute Garbage. Ordered a watch online on 27th December and still awaiting despatch. Emailed instructing H&T to cancel the order as their service is rubbish and surprise surprise no response. The sad thing is that the last watch order I placed last May was canceled by them because they couldn't not send it. I should have learned and stayed away. Absolutely useless and I want my money back.

I'm a regular customer of H and T both Chalkfarm and the other branches of Kilburn ( very welcoming and professional staff) Today I took a friend to #63 Kilburn High Road Branch and was greeted with the most impolite staff I've ever met. Customer Etiquette goes a long way...so retrain these two staff members please

I've never been to a pawn brokers before. So I had no idea what to do. The shop was clean and inviting, the staff were friendly, patient, and explained everything. I was really impressed. And I would recommend the Wigan branch

Excellent customer service!!! They really value their customers and that's what we appreciate! I was served by shoptika in the southall broadway branch, and she was so lovely, made me feel sure about which option I wanted to choose for my gold! I took in a number of items into the store ( Gold ) to be evaluated. Although the store at the time was busy . The H& T employee ( Stacey ) was pleasant ,thorough and explained the process in great detail. She was also ably supported by her manager.

I shop at H&T on a regular basis I shop at H&T on a regular basis, and have been for the past few years. On 23rd September approximately at 15:20, I went to the Acton store where I know the staff and the manager (Christine). I saw three items I wanted to buy which compromised of a cross, and two B initial pendants. I then went back a couple of weeks later, as my Mother had passed away, and therefore my Son wanted to treat me with those items. I needed to get a refund back to my original payment method, and then my son would be repurchasing on his card. However, Christine said “This is not allowed, and she would have to send the items back to the jewellery centre”. I was confused so I asked her “When did this come into effect?”. She looked to her right where her colleague was standing, and asked her, and that colleague said “two years ago”. Surely, as Christine being the manager, she would know the policies and not need to ask her colleague. On this basis, I left the shop and contacted customer services who were able to raise a complaint. However, H&Ts final response was complete nonsense, and irrelevant to the initial issue I had. They acted as if I wanted to complete a refund, and receive the money onto a different card which wasn’t the case. The complaint handler (Michelle Oldfield), needs to read customer complaints thoroughly before sending out final responses. Obviously, Christine has told customer services a very different story to what actually happened instore, to ensure she wouldn’t be held accountable. No wonder why when I go to H&T stores, all I see is pawnbroking happening and very little physical sale transactions, as most of the associates have no customer service skills and poor enthusiasm along with bad attitude.

We visited Kings Lynn's Branch and dealt with Ken. Very very helpful, Fantastic, quick service no waiting about, was very informative telling us about their services. Will definitely use them again.

Not what they used to be, Too much messing around. They use world pay which is awful.. Got the impression I wasnt wanted as a customer
