The price I was given for some of my jewellery was very good which I was thankful for....I highly recommend H&T Pawnbrokers for all their services.

Pawn broking service spot on got the money when we needed it everything explained. No complaints simple and straight forward from start to finish.

I have never used the pawnbroker service & felt very ashamed but all the staff were fantastic & supportive . They explained every aspect of the service without judgement & I felt extremely happy to be treated the way I was. Every single member of the branch is an absolute credit to your company

They are not bad ,just have to know the delivery is kind of slow .The items is nice .Good deal,but i get big unnecessary stress with one pendant .I don't know what happen .This is not my business. Refund me with no answer .4 times text.Two time call and no one knows what happen the jewelry .Didn't come .

A big thank you to the girls at Huyton branch in Liverpool. I got stuck in a traffic jam on the bus it was getting late so i called them to let them know my problem they said they closed at 5 so I need to try and get there before then. I arrived spot on 5pm and they had waited for me even though they didn't have to as always a nice smile as I went in I apologised and they said no problem. Could someone at H&T give them my thanks and some kind of recognition. Well done H&T your staff are a credit to you.

I had some jewellery to sell from my late grandmother and was nervous about going into a pawnshop. Alex and Pete put me at ease instantly and made the whole process really easy. They were really friendly, knowledgeable and honest and gave me fantastic advice. What was originally worrying me turned into a fun and enjoyable experience. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Management Call endy he’s very bad person he chatted in double money for the seven days he changed my contract self basically basically have a contract 28 days and I’m coming to pick up my goods seven days and he’s renew my contact charge me double money is like stealing the money this company is rubbish. I’m not talking about the people is working there in the shop but the manager I don’t know who give you position is like donkey.

Went in for my first Pawnbroking loan. Alix served me and while she was new and in training. She did everything perfectly explained all the details perfectly to me and was friendly and chatty.

I contacted H&T regarding the valuation of my 18ct, 11g gold ring. Despite providing all necessary details, they offered an estimated sum of just £375—a disgraceful 60% of the spot price and 35% less than all reputable pawnbrokers, who typically offer a minimum of £550 for similar items. This blatant undervaluation feels like an attempt to con customers out of money by exploiting those who might not know the true worth of their possessions. Their business practices are completely unethical, prioritizing profit over fairness. Avoid H&T at all costs and take your valuables to a trustworthy pawnbroker instead. You deserve better than this!

Staff at holloway branch were so helpful I got what I wanted and walked out a happy man for xmas 🤗 will recomend to friends and family.

This is an onmnishambles ----------------------- Summary: H&T double charged me, had to wait 5 days to get the money back in my account, asked for compensation, was refused ----------------------- After my last TP review they asked me to contact their complaints dept, THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY EMAIL ADDRESS SO I CAN'T CONTACT THEM!! So I contacted other email accounts: shoponline sccountco.uk said they would forward this to someone. No contact from anyone info account asked me to call them, at 12:20 on 9/1/2025 I did and and was told that someone would be in touch within an hour, 9 hours later - nothing I contacted complaints using alternative email addresses and have heard nothing They are doing their best to get rid of me so I don't get £20 compensation, I am going nowhere and I think £20 is an insult now
