Unfortunately the Swan kettle that I ordered from The Hale company through Amazon developed a fault during the first two years. I was informed by Hale that as I had no record of having taken out an extended warranty it was in fact only covered for the first year but they suggested I contact the manufacturers, Swan, to see if they could help. Well, how amazing are they!!! I emailed them immediately and they requested that as it had packed up altogether, I should cut off the cord and send them a photo together with a photo of the bottom of the kettle showing the batch number and serial number which I did. Within a couple of hours I received an email from a lady called Holly in Customer Services who advised me that a replacement kettle would be despatched to me within a few days. And, true to her word, it did arrive in two days and is now up and running perfectly. I am just so grateful to have a new kettle which matches the other Swan appliances that I purchased at the same time. BIG THANKS TO HOLLY FOR HER OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

I bought a tall retro larder fridge many years ago and the glass shelves and door shelves are very bad quality. All the door shelves have cracked, chipped or broken and I've tried many times over the years to purchase replacements but they are never in stock and despite having an option to be emailed when they are back in stock I have never received an email. Very poor quality for the price I would not recommend them.

Our smart kettle suddenly stopped heating and I contacted Customer Service who replied very promptly and efficiently. As kettle was still under warranty, new kettle is on its way. Very impressed and Holly was excellent!

alison at swan was very helpful and concerned although she could not help as swan only cover the second years warranty so we had to get onto the supplier but she gave us all the info we needed. Well done

The kettle I ordered did not arrive as promised on the next day deliver, but a kind and friendly ladie named Claire helped sort out my order and give us a small refund for the next day deliver, Claire was kind and friendly and very polite and was great to see a company with great customer service and warm and friendly staff. My kettle stopped working so I got in touch to arrange a replacement, as it was within the warranty period. Chioma dealt with my query via email, very efficiently - it was sorted and sent out to me within a few days. Thanks very much Chioma for your clear communication and quick help.

Emailed Swan as I was confused to whether or not you should remove the film cover on the inside door of the Nordic microwave. A few emails between Diane and myself but my question got answered with clarity and all good. Thank Diane.

Purchased a very expensive microwave from Swan in July 2024, within 4 months it was faulty. I contacted them and they sent out a replacement. The replacement then developed a fault after 3 months. Swan now refuse to refund the money for the microwave because it is passed the 6 month mark. So it’s cost me £115 to use a microwave for 7 months. They will only replace the item which of course I do not want as I can see us doing this every 4 months until the 2 year guarantee runs out. Previous microwave was a Dunelm own brand that lasted 6 years and was only changed because I had my Kitchen re done and the colour didn’t suit! Shows how poor Swan products are. I will never make another purchase from Swan, or a branded Swan product in my life.
