United Kingdom | 09 December 2024AVOID this cowboy rip off company at all costs. They sent me phone recordings of our communication but didn't have the most important recording of our first communication, how convenient. I've had nothing but lies and misleading sales talk. Also my sim keeps losing network connection and I'm forever having to go through trouble shooting even though I have a 2nd vodafone sim directly through Vodafone, I never have a problem with that one. You just get passed from pillar to post and everyone saying "there's maintenance at the phone masts in my area" Well, my other vodaphone sim card works perfectly fine. Now waiting for my 3rd sim card to be sent out. Definitely won't be renewing or recommending this company.

Nervada stayed on the phone even facetime so he could see the problem for himself. I didn't make things easy as I was a little clueless but he was very friendly and patient. Excellent service.

United Kingdom | 03 December 2024My biggest mistake was to go with this company, horrible 3 years contract, No signal , No signal, No signal , last time when I put message here they called me and said please delete the reviews and we will change your SIM from Vodafone to EE but after over 6 months they didn't back to me , Now 2 difficult years of my contract finished mad sadly I have to wait another year to be free from this company, I have 3 contract with them 2 iPhones and one android, I have signal problem on all of them, funny things is I bought pay as you go Vodafone SIM card , my phone works perfectly and I have signal , there is Issue with service they are providing .

United Kingdom | 02 December 2024An absolute nightmare .they phoned me constantly even when I told them I was not interested. Promised me the world did not tell me there is no cooling off period. At first tried to sell me business contracts to replace family and friend sims to say everyone did this. Then when I told them I would not they replaced them with 2 sims at higher costs as I could not cancel . They did not tell me how the buy out or how the discounts worked before the contract was signed. Even when I told them I had cataract surgery and not well they kept phoning and emailing me to sign the contract. Very pushy with a lot of unsolicited calls which I would imagine is illegal.Eventually signed out of pure frustration for them to stop phoning me. Now I have realised after reading the contract they have misled me into a contract which I'm unhappy about and breaching the ethics of any contract of how it was sold etc .i have requested for them to cancel and take back unopened phone and unused sims and await their reply.
