I've been with Ice comms for a while now and I have nothing but good things to say about them! Any issues are resolved promptly and they're always so helpful with any questions you have. They always point you in the right direction!

I’ve been with Ice Comms for 2 years now. After recently renewing my contract, I can confidently say I’d highly recommend them. Their operations team is always helpful whenever any issues arise. My account manager is only a phone call away and ensures everything runs smoothly. Great service all around!

Please don’t get talked into signing Sadly the issues I have had with Ice comms since my service started 12 months ago continue. I have evidence that the contract I have been placed on is not the contract sold by their sales team. A director appears unable or unwilling to act even though he cannot answer why. The contract I have found myself on has huge buy out clauses (not explained!), very poor support which only covers office hours doing you have problems on an evening or weekend you are stuck!! When travelling I cannot get the bundles I would get via EE and those Ice offered are 1000% more expensive - no I have not added an extra 00 by accident!! As others point out as a small business there is no route for ombudsman support so I guess legal is the only route. I have seen a recent BBC article on a similar company last December - miss leading contracts and unexplained requirements to sign for a separate finance agreement for handsets. I thought I was going mad when I saw all the wonderful reviews and was very very suspicious. I see someone else has also picked that up!!! They have an ‘in house legal team’ which speaks volumes but just as well given there appears numerous companies & people in the same position. For those of you who are considering signing up with them …..DONT.

Ice operate sharp business practice, they did in my case. Promises of inexpensive calls rubbish, will stay in touch, rubbish, will give you a dedicated manager rubbish and consequently lost me as a customer. Do not sign one of their contracts the price to leave is close to one thousand pounds.

Rachael has been really helpful - came up with a solution straight away, not only for me, but then offered to roll out to the company on my behalf so we are all working from the most up to date software! One star is too much. Do not trust all the good reviews, I am convinced they are false. Read the bad ones before making a decision. They cold call you and keep calling. They have been fined a couple of times for breaching cold calling rules but they are obviously still doing this. When I agreed to speak to them (after experiencing problems with our current mobile provider) I was experienced with extreme sales techniques, being forced to sign a contract whilst the agent was on the phone (without being told it was an actual contract) to ensure I got this deal as it was a limited time deal. This was then withdrawn when the termination fees from my current provider was confirmed. I was then forced again into signing a different contract by being told this was the best option (even though it bore no relation to my first offer), again whilst sales agent holding on the phone, again not being told it was a contract, again being told I was on limited time to get this offer. When I then investigated the offer I immediately realised it was not the best for our company so I emailed to cancel it immediately. What then followed was weeks of intimidation as they said there would be 'cost implications' but would not explain what they were. I was then told I would need to pay over £4,000 even though I had received no SIMS, the PAC codes had not been transferred over and therefore no actual service at all and cancelled within a day. I took this up with the complaints department who ignored everything I said about being co-erced into signing the contract over the phone without knowing it was a contract, mis-sold a mobile phone package we did not want and just quoted back clauses from the contract. I was also advised, that as our business has more than 10 employees (we have 15!) we could not approach their ombudsman. As it was then becoming quite stressful and frustrating, I asked for a more agreeable cancellation figure taking into account the circumstances, my complaint and the fact that we have had no service at all from them. I then heard nothing for weeks then received an updated cancellation invoice for £21,348!!! With a 7 day payment deadline. After then speaking again to the customer service team (where again I was told I had signed then cancelled and there was nothing I could do) they agreed to reduce it back to £4,000. I have very reluctantly paid this as very concerned how far they would go but got them to confirm that this was full and final payment. I have also contacted Watchdog as feel the general public need to be made aware of them. The fact they have an 'in-house legal team' proves to me that their contract is absolutely made to cover themselves when they carry out this scam and reading the reviews I am not the only one who has been caught out. Do not speak to them and definitely do not sign ANYTHING

On initial contact all was well, they asked all the questions and we discussed how we would use the system, when the system was implemented that’s when the problems began, system drop offs, they reconfigured the system and put on the answerphones after a few rings, without speaking to us first, people from ice who we were dealing with left the company , poor quality on calls, and even though I explained that we used headsets in a particular way they sent us the wrong ones which would not work in our workshop independently of the pc ( for answering calls) to be honest the last straw was today when they told me that I would have to pay for the correct headsets!!! This is after 10 months of them trying to sort out the problem and failing to rerun my calls when they promised to do so I would not recommend this company , very very disappointed
