I have been a customer of ICE Comms for nearly 3 years. I recently had an administrate problem with my broadband service. Summer went above and beyond to sort the issue out. I was kept informed by both email and telephone. Summer is a real asset to the ICE Comms team.

This company cold called me and talked me into a contract which was going to cost me less than my original one with Vodafone. They hid the fact that i was signing up for a much more expensive contract with Vodafone for a full 36 months than I was currently paying. The Sales man is a complete liar totally hoodwinked me usually i am much more astute and less trusting - i know i could take this further but with family members ill I don't have the energy. Just wish I had read Trust pilot reviews before believing their pack of lies.

We have been with Ice since 2020 and they have always been so helpful and supportive. Most recently, I need to thank Rachael for her support with cancelling our contract when closing down our premises. During an extremely busy time she was very supportive and understanding. I wouldn’t hesitate using Ice Communications in the future or recommending them.

Summer and Rachel delt with the porting of our landlines. They were amazing, very clear and quick to carry out the process with no down time. Fast to respond and great communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend 👌

Single worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Counting the days until I can cut ties with them entirely. Absolute rip off. NEVER buy anything from this company - They will endlessly jack up the price as they go.

Probably the worst company EVER. I would give 0 stars if I could. I spoke to one of their sales people who convinced me that I would be paying less a month than I originally did on my phone. He left out some important information which actually means I am paying nearly double than what I use to. I am so upset that I have a contract with this company. They just want your signature on the paperwork quickly and then rip you off. The amount of stress this company has caused me is ridiculous. I am now in a much worse position than when I started. Avoid at all costs. Go to your original network set up equipment and deals with them! Not this company, unfortunately I’ve learnt the hard way!

Robyn!, when ever i need help with ice comms, i trust that she will be able to help a smooth and quick transaction, she managed to change my number from my old network in a matter of days after i waited months for someone else to do it, absolute legend!

The WORST, most useless , unreliable, untrustworthy , incompetent telecommunications so called provider on the planet , i would rather remove my eyes with a spoon than recommend this appalling so called business , sales team are all lairs , call centre stafff have no idea what they are doing , emails are flat ignored , bills are ALWAYS wrong , my dog could run a business better and hes dead , i would leave no stars if i could .i cannot express enough my utter frustration and disgust with ice comms , they even disconnected my internet and phones and left me with nothing for several weeks . im only writing this review as i dont know what else to do to get there attension.12 more months of made up bills , no return phone calls and ignored emails then thank god im done with them. Thanks for your reply !!! Even your reply is a total lie !! You can’t even admit when your service has been awful and your bills have been wrong on many MANY occasions . At least you are consistently bad which is what I have come to expect
