United Kingdom | 08 March 2025Called by Ice Comms re mobile phones, given a price that seemed ok. Pushed to sign up, I'll hang on and help you. Signed in the knowledge you have a 14 day cooling off if you change your mind. Looked at a lot of reviews which were dreadful and decided better stick to the phone companies direct or household names. emailed the following day to cancel. Received a call saying their contract over rides your statutory rights. When that happens you realise what sort of company you are dealing with. A manager called to say he would look into the matter, call back ASAP. Heard nothing, just had a call from original salesman saying they would start taking money. With my experience I would urge people to keep well away from Ice Comms.Quality companies do not behave in this way

United Kingdom | 07 March 2025Over the past 4 years, we have repeatedly asked several of your agents to stop calling, we are not interested and to remove our company from your database, only to get another call the following week. Just spoke to a lady yesterday, asked her to remove us, she blamed multiple offices. I asked her to notify company wide, so ALL offices are aware only to get an email this morning. Please, when companies ask you to remove them from all your databases, several times per year, please do so with grace rather than ramp up your calls/emails as it really leaves a bad taste and I will on principle now, NOT work with ICE going forward. And now you have a bad review for it too - probably not what you wanted and could VERY easily have been avoided!

United Kingdom | 06 March 2025initially the salesman said he would beat the Vodafone quote i had which got my interest, he quoted me prices and forgot to add or say they were ex VAT, didn't tell me the price was discounted by half but for only half of the contract, they sent a contract i couldn't read off my phone but explained it to me - forgetting all i said before. i have left and now have saved thousands - THOUSANDS, poor customer support, complaints procedure is just a joke as they decide they have done no wrong. Why go with a partner when you can go direct with the supplier who obviously can give the best price. its easy to pretend you are giving a cheap price when you apply a 50% discount for only half of the contract - my view total con - its bad when the best business feeling you had in ages is when you get out of their contract because its that bad

Brand new handsets and a lower monthly cost than I was paying previously. During hardware switchover, Rachael was very helpful every step of the way when it came to provisioning the new handsets and making the relevant changes required on the system. Zero issues. Top level customer service.
