United Kingdom | 24 February 2025As a small business owner, I entered into a contract with ICE Communications, with an initial payment and agreed terms. However, the payment terms were later changed, creating confusion and disrupting my financial planning. Additionally, ICE Communications did not follow the correct procedure to block charges on my line, which has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Despite multiple assurances that I would receive an email response regarding these issues, no communication was ever sent. The errors in the contract agreement have also led to payment dates being mismanaged, further complicating matters. Given the repeated miscommunications and ongoing difficulties, I find it too stressful and inconvenient to continue this business.

THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAMMERS AND ARE TAKING US TO COURT FOR OVER 40K WHEN NO PHONES OR SERVICE HAVE BEEN PROVIDED ONLY LIES AND A MISS SOLD CONTRACT. BEFORE DECIDING TO GO ANY FURTHER AND PROVIDE REQUIRED INFORMATION WE REQUESTED TO HEAR BACK ON THE 'RECORDED PHONE CALLS' AS THE LETTERS WE WERE SENT AFTER DIDNT RELAY THE CONVERSATION / COSTS THAT WERE HAD OVER THE PHONE. THE CALL RECORDINGS WERE UNABLE TO BE LOCATED. THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO TAKE US TO COURT AND SUBMITTED A CCJ AGAINST OUR COMPANY AND WE DO NOT AGREE TO PAY A PENNY WHEN THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED US WITH ANYTHING BUT LIES. STAY VERY CLEAR. United Kingdom | 12 February 2025I would suggest anyone considering a contract with Ice to be meticulous in reviewing the contract and terms. We unfortunately have had issues with the contract we find ourselves on being very different to the one sold and confirmed by their salesmen. Exit clauses are excessive and there is a significant rise at 18 months not explained. Sadly if the service and pricing was as promised we would have no reason to need to try and move (which unfortunately seems almost impossible). I have instructed my solicitor. As others point out, for any small businesses, if you have an issue with contract or service, there is no route for ombudsman support. I have seen a recent BBC article on a similar company last December, I only wish I had seen this before I got involved with Ice. For those of you who are considering signing up with them …..please be very aware.

United Kingdom | 11 February 2025Had a weird issue with being unable to activate call forwarding on a business phone because the existing target was out of the country. It was quite critical because the phone is used for emergency callouts, and all our clients have that number. David Smith took the issue seriously, and went through a range of different options and potential solutions, and stuck with us until it was resolved. Thanks for your help David!

I was offered a fantastic package for 3 new iPhone phone 16s It really was a deal a deal I couldn’t refuse they even paid my outstanding contract.
