Bought an iPhone 13 Pro Grade B on eBay. ICE Comms had the best price. I wasn't sure about the condition of the phone, as the photos in the ad where "stock photos" but I thought I would give it a try since the seller accepts returns. The phone arrived quickly and was in good condition, as advertised. I will definitely save this seller for my next upgrade. Highly recommend it.

We started to suffer very slow download and upload speeds. We contacted David Smith at ICE Comms, who quickly diagnosed a fault at our end. He then quickly arranged for an Openreach technician to attend our site at a convenient time for us. The Openreach technician arrived on the day booked and discovered a fault 105 metres from our building. He repaired the fault and also replaced the socket and cable in the office to be on the safe side. Upload and download speeds are now faster than they had been prior to the fault. I am very pleased with both David's response and the Openreach technician.
