Abbee had been very helpful to me, I could not receive calls, she ssnt me guidelines on how to resolve the issue but to no avail, she then posted new sim for me, now I can receive calls, she further checked on me to see if I had any issues concerning the sim, she is very nice and friendly Thank you Abbee
