Great experience collecting my Range Rover SVR. Standard of the preparation of the car was exceptional and Adam provided a really great, down to earth and honest service. Will be returning.

Richard, saleman, very rude and unhelpful. Contacted them about a vehicle, asked about the deposit to hold the vehicle. I am currently offshore and will return in 2 weeks. I was willing to travel from scotland to nottingham to test drive and I asked if the deposit was refundable if I didn't like the car, he said it was but would be reluctant to hold the vehicle as they sell 80 a week!!! as they are popular. Alongside this I had asked if the vehicle had carplay, he then sent me the option list, no "regards" no nothing. Very rude and abrupt Sale lost

Adam and Ryan may me feel welcome upon arrival that took me 3hrs and 166 miles I went up with an open mind as I always buy from a main dealer, there was no pressure and shown round there fantastic stock of prestige sports cars of which I went home with a 718.Both lads were very helpful sorting the paperwork out and I will be returning in future for my next pride and joy

Out of four enquiries I made with different dealers, Auto 100 were the only dealer to get back to me. Both Anthony and Adam were very helpful. We agreed a deal for my car and a date and time for me to collect my new car, which was prepared to an exceptionally high standard. There were a couple of post purchase items that needed resolving which they did without fuss. I cannot praise Auto 100 for the way they handled the whole transaction. I cannot recommend Auto 100 and Anthony and Adam enough.

Bought Mercedes SL400 based on ad only. It was the exact car spec I was looking for and at point of sale (by phone), I was promised stringent checks undertaken to ensure the car is delivered with no faults and as per spec. At point of collection one head light was badly misted, full of water and condensation. I was promised that this will get sorted, so I proceeded to buy the car in good faith on the the understanding this would get done. I then spent best part of 3 months chasing by email/phone with not even a courtesy response or acknowledgement. At the end of my tether, I issued a small claims court summons and it was like the electricity was back on and they could not have been more helpful. They arranged to collect the car (I live in London), do the works and deliver back to me. It is for this reason I give 2 stars instead of 1. A great shame it took this to get them to respond to me. So if you have any faults on the car at point of sale, please proceed with caution. I still never got an explanation as to why they ignored my calls.

We could not progress with the order placed, Ryan and Tom were fantastic about this and without any hard sell antics returned the deposit without issue, promptly. Bought a jag f-type from auto 100. Flawless service from start to finish. Super easy process, I was in a hurry to get back home was in and out very quick. Car was prepared before I arrived and was spotless, inside and out! Not to mention the beautiful collection of exotic cars they had at the facility. I could recommend using auto100 enough!

great experience with Auto 100 when buying my Jaguar F type recently. Car was perfect and information and help from Simon in sales was great, even paid for my train tickets from Bristol to pick the car up when they could not get the car down to Winchester in time. Terry, who looked after paperwork and transfer side, was also very helpful and professional. Now looking forward to my ownership of this great car :)
