I called late on Friday evening to reserve an RV and to my pleasant surprise, was greeted quickly by a live voice -- Lisa -- who was extremely helpful. And friendly. Got a huge bargain and she seemed almost as excited as I was for that and my upcoming trip. Called back a couple days later to ask a question I'd forgotten and again, excellent friendly customer service!

Customer service was great both when I scheduled my reservation and when I cancelled it. Even better service than last year when we rented a standard size for 3 weeks. We recommend cruise america all the time as a great way to travel.

Easy to work with on the phone

Besides the fact I couldn't get the flights to match my return time with the rv, this is my first time getting an rv and they helped me realize how much more planning I needed so I unfortunately had to cancel but they gave me my deposit back with no problems. The only suggestion I have is maybe they could give a list of national parks and campgrounds in the area of rental that are open or closed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked a trip 6 months ahead of time. Due to a life threatening medical diagnosis, we were forced to cancel. Even though we cancelled 5 months before the scheduled trip dates, they would not refund my deposit.

It's just nice to get what you hope for. I wanted to vacation in a motorhome, Cruise America had the best size options, best rates and best customer service staff. Hands down the way to go.

It was great to be able to talk to a person that knew what she was talking about and walked me through everything making it a easy experience.

Working with Greg on the rental was great. He was experienced and efficient. However, we were not able to pickup at the location we requested. Instead we need to drive 2 hrs(each way) just to pick up our RV when the headquarters, with a huge inventory is just 15 minutes from our home.

Booking was easy, but to not have any stations open on a Sunday for return and have to be charged for an extra day is unacceptable but when you need the motorhome, I guess that’s the price you have to pay. Should have businesses open for rentals seven days a week.
