The Pick up and drop process was easy. The RV was in very poor shape. Very poorly upkeep. Painters tape holding trims to fans, smelly, unclean interior. I wouldn’t recommend.

Pete at the Easton RD Ottsville PA Location was very though and helpful as it was my first time renting.My camper was ready s promised and I had a fantastic trip.His information was accurate and helpful.

The RV was exactly as promised. I would’ve given five stars if it had not been for the short drain hose without the proper plastic end. It was barely long enough to reach the dump hole, and because it didn’t have the proper end, the pressure kept knocking the hose out of the hole, making a very big nasty mess to clean up.

Price was not what they originally told me. They up charge for everything that should be included. And our RV was leaking propane and ruined all of our food by not having a fridge anymore. Would not recommend.

Second time renting. Maybe it’s us but the Generator kept quitting on us. One of the campers with us showed me how to reset it. Sometimes had to let it cool. In Colorado where we were was hot and humid and needed AC. The outlets quit working the second or third day. Couldn’t reset them. Other than those the rest was easier than a tent. Thanks for the trip

They charged frivolous housekeeping fee even though we did a thorough cleaning of the RV at the time of return.

The bad things, if you want to use the air conditioner, you have to pay money for the generator. If you need to use the heater, there’s only two hours of propane so you’re gonna have to get propane if you’re staying off grid. My point is you’re gonna be paying for generator fees the gas the dumping fees and then if you have to hook up you’re paying for that. If you’re going anywhere into the cities, there is no parking for a wrig. That includes a lot of the hotels that we were trying to get reservations for when we got there they didn’t have room for our rig. The good things, the fridge is big and the freezer is huge also. You could definitely fit a lot of food. We were in a 25 foot rig. It had a small queen bed below, and the table would come down for another bed for kids and then there’s a overhead bunk over the drivers area. small vanity and sink, shower and toilet kitchen was two or three gas cooktop and then it had a round sink large. I gave them two stars because of the issues I had with the rig things not working, air vents, air conditioner, vents rubber around the doors all falling off. Air conditioner vents were filthy. Had a insect problem, but the guys were very, very friendly and helpful.

The motorhome was reliable and performed as expected. Only problem was that when it was hot outside, the AC in the cabin would shut off for 5-10 mins to prevent the engine from overheating.

The Rv was in a good condition the only part that I didn’t like it’s that we got extra charge for using the generator that should be included I think or that should be explained in the contract online ,not in the pick up shop , other than that everything was good.

Great staff every year that we have used Cruise America. I will continue to rent an RV here for our summer vacations

Even with a appointment for pickup, we had to wait 2 hours to get our Rv. We had to replace the RV because the fridge and the shower were problematic. Had to change travel plans because of this. The manager did good to solve the problem by giving us an other Rv. The second Rv we had was more recent and was good.
