This was our first RV rental and we learned a lot that we'll be glad to know for any future rentals. The RV itself was fine except the driver side door couldn't be unlocked from outside and the main cabin roof vent and kitchenette window allowed in too much light. Also, it would have been REALLY nice to know there was a closet where clothes could be hung; we didn't bring hangers.

Simple and efficient service. RV performed well although it was a little on the older side than we would have liked. A few items (fridge, curtains etc) could have done with repair/better maintenance. But overall very satisfactory

The experience was amazing. The videos really helped with understanding the RV. The staff on sight were amazing and gave tons of additional info and answered all of my questions. Also very professional!

The air conditioner in the cab stopped working after 2 days. The sewage leaked with the valves fully closed. Couldn’t use the AC during the hottest part of summer and couldn’t use the shower sinks or toilet which is half the reason I rented the thing. Your people tried for two days to find a repair shop but couldn’t so I decided not to take a chance and waste any part of my road trip with a mechanic just to be told they couldn’t fix it or the parts are two weeks away. The damned RV should have been good to go when I picked it up not have me bring it to a shop to fix what should work from the start. RV was very clean and ready to use. Staff was incredibly accommodating and professional.

The RV's AC didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work. We had to use the small freezer to keep things just below room temperature. We had to switch RV's in Arizona and the RV we switched into had the same problems. The temperatures were extremely hot and the AC's couldn't cool the sitting areas even to a comfortable temperature.

Ed was extremely helpful getting us set up and ready to go. He offered advice and made us feel comfortable despite this being the first time we have traveled in an RV. Vehicle was clean and everything went smoothly. We will rent from them again. Thanks!!

The team onsite was very helpful! Pickup was completed in short order, as was drop-off. I would love for these units to be a bit newer and have less advertising all over them. Considering the cost, this could be so much better.

The generator did not work during the day and the RV was dirty when we picked it up. Also, we had paid for the bedding package and they did not let us know that they did not have it till we arrived leaving us to go out and purchase our own which was expensive. Still waiting on hearing back from customer service which is very unprofessional to take more than a week to respond.

The truck just seemed old and the heat that radiated from under the dash was so hot that I could barely keep my foot on the pedal. It was basically burning my leg and foot. I had to continually drive with both feet switching off just to make it home. Also the radio did not work at all. I also brought this up with the local rental agency we rented the RV from and they seemed to careless, poor customer service and seemed like they just didn’t really care about much. I am not sure we would ever rent another RV, left us with a poor taste in our mouths.

Nice employees and office - they care about their jobs. Loved the decor in the showroom. Motor home was clean and in very good condition. Allowing drop off after hours is very handy for customers.

This is our third time we have used Cruise America and we were extremely pleased with the service and RV. Joanne who handled our reservations was extremely helpful and courteous and we appreciate the service

Pre departure inspection was rushed by Representative at pick up location. RV appeared worn out discovered 8 defects from holes broken hinges to curtain attachment screws pulling out . RV gas and prooane on 1/4 full on delivery. Generator not working on delivery. Represantive not professional or concerned about issues. Paid premium price for a worn out RV.

It was a decent experience. I wanted to take the kids to the wilderness but there is a charge for everything. Fees upon fees. The RVs are old. Things were falling apart inside. The bathroom stench is horrible. Bcus the bathroom door wouldn't latch properly so it kept opening while i was driving. The fire alarm fell near the seat while driving barerly missed my kids head.

Great customer service! Went out of her way to answer all my questions.
