Pick up/drop off was a breeze. Only wish there were more locations in Northern California.

Lithe RV was nice for the most part. A few things that need improvement. The air conditioner didn’t work for 2 days. It was on. No cold air blew out and the air that came out was very little. There was no water hose in the RV so we couldn’t hook up the water at all. There was no where around to buy a hose. Last, when you make the table into a bed the pole that you remove and place down below the bed had exposed screws. My child went by it and scraped his legs up causing a lot of bleeding. I have a picture of the table pole. Not sure how to upload it.

I need to leave in the morning for my trip but they won’t let me rent it for a day early then pick it up in the morning, even though I will pay for a extra full day and come to pay and orient to the vehicle the day before they say I have to take the RV off the lot. I can’t do that for various reasons—I live an hour and half away. Also, they say there is nowhere for me to leave my car when I take the RV?? What?!

This vehicle is old raggedy rusty noisy. Many things are broken and do not work for example trunk and main door looks do not work consistently and broken screens. This is an old camper and has been used to death. It should be put to rest. The price is unreasonable especially considering we paid the sane for a new (1-2) years old vehicle with all the modern features- video cameras tv sattelite, electric shade tent… It does not drive well this thing is not safe to drive for driver and passengers Its missing many basic features like shade tent and reverse parking camera and ither safety features. Considering my dissatisfaction what will you do - reimburse a part of my costs or other tangible actions- in order for me to consider using your company again and suggesting your company to my contacts in the area. We saw that you do have more modern campers when we returned.

The gentleman at the shop gave a great inservice for the vehicle, it was very clean and overall I was quite pleased with the whole process. I would recommend this center and I am looking forward to my next travel adventure

Ricki was great at setting up our rental and checking us out and in. The unit was on the old side. It was clean and serviceable, but was just a little tired. Over all it was a good experience.

The Standard RV was absolutely great for my husband , son and I. There was only one issue , we only used the restroom for urine , we completely drained unit before returning RV , to the San Clemente rental facility, however the guy working wouldn’t do a walk through with me when I returned RV and keys. Then he charged me for dumping when I called asking why we were charged , he said “ there was poop in it ! I then explained no one used it for poop” , then he said “ oh urine was in the toilet “, I again explained it was fully dumped at dump station . He then tried to tell me the toilet had urine in it ,& was not flushed ! I gave up the argument he over charged us $50 , don’t let it happen to you demand a walk through upon return , or leave it full they are going to charge you anyways . Other than that it was a great unit and experience .

Everything was very easy and everyone was so nice. This was an amazing experience for my family and we absolutely loved it.

Fast and efficient

Camper is not the youngest, but in perfect working order. Check-in, walk around and explanations were quick and simple. Returning the vehicle even faster. Would rent again.

We had to cancel our reservation and these guys made it easy, painless and didn't pressure me to keep it. Much appreciated!

It was my first time renting an RV. I got an RV which was only driven 9k miles everything was new working perfectly my family was so excited and we have enjoyed A lot. Overall from renting an RV to return it back staff cooperated with us.

My family were first time rv renters, five people aged 9 months to 68. We rented a standard 25 footer for 4 nights. Reservation, pickup, and drop-off were easy. Unused prepaid charges such as propane and waste dump were processed for refund. Staff very helpful. We arrived before the 1 pm pick-up appt and were promptly helped by Beatriz who also helped me on the phone to arrange the pick-up. The only reason I wont give the highest rating is a roach found in the kitchen area (I took a picture) and the broken hose for city water hook-up. This prevented full use of shower the first day. We borrowed one from park staff to refill the tank. Then bought one at Walmart next day, refunded by Cruise America. Overall it was a fun trip and good first time experience.

This is the second time we have rented an RV from cruise America. The first time went smoothly. This time was not so good. We reserved a c25 rv with the linens package and the kitchen package. We were told that the linens weren't available and we made accommodations for it. However we were not told that the kitchen package was not available. We didn't know this until we arrived at the camp site. Called the service center with no help available. Had to to go buy kitchen stuff. We were reimbursed for the expenses, but that soured our trip.

I tried to cancel my reservation within the 45 day window. I tried to call 3 times the last day and there were long hold times. I called the following day and was told I would not be refunded because it was 44 days. There is high demand for the dates of my reservation. They will easily rebook and would not allow me to transfer to someone else. They just wanted to take me for the deposit. Complete lack of understanding and consideration for their poor customer service. Never renting from them again.

It was our first time vacationing in an RV. Everything went very smoothly from check-in to check-out. The people at the dealer were great and the RV was great as well.
