United Kingdom | 19 January 2024Charger has worked as designed for 2 years but still no intelligent octopus integration. 'were looking at it' is all you will get. That means spending 20% more on electricity and fewwr charging hours than if you bought a different brand. So would the flashy lights justify hundreds of pounds extra a year? No. I would not buy again

United Kingdom | 19 January 2024I had a problem with my charger. Kept tripping most charges. The company who installed it are no longer trading. However, Robert at Hypervolt managed to arrange for another local installer to fix my fault. It took a while but it was Christmas / New Year so was to be expected. Great communication ie. Updates. Thankyou.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2024The whole process from start to finish has been really straightforward. I bought the charger following a recommendation from a neighbour who was knowledgeable and had one. I had it fitted myself by the same electrician who had fitted my neighbours. It was delivered just before Christmas, within a few days of ordering. I was told it was fairly straightforward to install. A big plus for me was the app. I have a dual tariff and it looks like the hupervolt app is able to recognise this. So all seems good

I received a really helpful overview from the sales team around how the chargers worked and what the installation process would be, including reminding me of the government grant for businesses. The installation was on time and they made a really tidy job of it providing lots of great information as they progressed. My first few uses of the app and charger have been seamless. Thanks

United Kingdom | 11 January 2024I have had my Hypervolt charger in for approx 18 months. On one date I noticed the charger hadn't charged my car and there was no power to it. I contacted Hypervolt who advised they would have to get the installer out to it. Within 24 hours the installer was there and my charger was working. It cost me a small amount but I was so happy with the speed that the issue was resolved, absolutely 1st class

Really responsive to emails and can’t do enough to help. The charger itself (Home 3 Pro) is great. Very smart price of kit and really easy to use along with the app. Setting the charger up took 2 minutes. Register > Enter WiFi details > Done. Super easy. Whole process from start to finish has been 10/10. Keep up the good work guys.

United Kingdom | 16 December 2023Upgrade from HV 2 to HV3. Very well handled. Very pleased with the new unit works as described. Just needs the Octopus Integration then it will be perfect. We understand that the new hardware should ultimately allow that. Really good customer service.
