Purchased a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro at the end of November, installed December 11th. First night tested the scheduled charging and was only getting 1.5kwh charging speed. Played around on the app the next day and even though the app was showing the max current limit at 32A when I adjusted this to 24A I was then getting 5kwh, put the setting back up to 32A and now getting 7kwh speed as expected. App is easy to navigate and use. Contated the customer service team the same day to check that the warranty had been registered and customer service was able to confirm that it had by confirming the serial number. So far so good, hoping to have this device working well for many years to come.

Great communication and quickly resolved issues with getting installers to put in the charger. The charger went in shortly after order with no issues and has performed faultlessly since. It also looks better than others. Would recommend

I was having a few problems changing networks since upgrading to full fiber. Ayan from Hypervolt provided help to fix this issue in a very helpful way. All queries answered very professionally and unrushed. Hypervolt, having used your customer support several times since purchasing, I have to say that it was first class in the early days and remains the same today. Many thanks Ayan!

Had my charger for 18 months now and it has been brilliant overall. The WiFi could do with being stronger but that is minor. I have not had any issues with the software even on the beta testing. The usage reports and graphs are handy for tracking usage. I had my first issue last week with the charger tripping out the consumer unit, I got hold of support Friday and Adam arranged for the original engineer to return Monday to look at the issue for me and it has been resolved. Brilliant customer service and quick to get me back up and running. Overall I would highly recommend and have already recommended to a few people.

Great product and easy to use. My car is always ready and I have never failed to leave my house without a full charge (85% which is what I limit it to) every morning. There were a few glitches in the app in the early days, never stopped my car from charging, but after updates it now works a charm. The service team are unbelievable, they noticed a small fan on my charger had stopped working but it doesn’t affect the charger, it’s just in case we get a very hot day (not likely in the UK 😂), but they sent a new one and said they would send an engineer to fit it. As it was just a plug in item I fitted it myself to which they were amazingly grateful. I’d like to thank Sebastian for all his help through this small issue which didn’t really affect the unit but he stayed in constant contact until it was sorted. Highly recommended!!!

Clear supporting information and instructions. Project completed on day/time that was booked and with good courtesy. Sometimes it's a risk with a company that outsources installation, but Hypervolt seem to take care in their selection process of approved installers. Happy to recommend.

I was supported by Anya Mohamm today who I found to be very patient professional and helpful. Anya was able to talk me through the process of setting up my charger which with a computer illiterate person was no easy feat for her. Her seniors should be proud of her work ethics, as a front line support worker. Many thanks Anya

I have used Hypervolt since April 2022 so this review is based upon 18 months of usage. The improvements to the App in the latest release solved the only problems I had found with Hypervolt. I am happy to rate as 5 stars and recommend to friends and family.

Straightforward purchase of charger, including NHS discount, and delivery was speedy. Charger working perfectly after installation by local electrician, and my kids love the rainbow coloured lights. Follow up call to make sure everything going as planned was an added bonus.

Always fantastic customer service! Have contacted Hypervolt a few times now with various queries, each time they have been quickly resolved in a friendly manor. Most recently, praise must go to Callum, who helped me solve a small hardware issue. I'd recommend hypervolt on their customer service alone, but even better they sell a brilliant charger as well!

I ordered Hypervolt Home 3 Pro after a detailed discussion through Hypervolt online chat service. This is the only communication i had with Hypervolt from ordering to writing this review. The customer service has been exceptional, I was provided a installation firm's details before placing on order. This helped me to arrange a visit the next day and place the order. The part was delivered in 2 days and installation was completed in a week. The total time from order to install was exactly 2 weeks. The product looks great and easy to use. My unit is not connected to internet but it charges my new MG4 without any hassle. I also came to know Hypervolt is wholly manufactured in U.K which i am very happy and proud. I would thank the whole team and would recommend their products to everyone who is looking for 7.4Kw home charger. Thnaks Leo Irudhayaraj

Our charger was installed a couple of years ago and I've never commented about it as it's worked faultlessly since then. This week I had a query about the holster for the plug, which was solved promptly by Daniel. So well done, again, Hypervolt.

I had an issue using my hypervolt to "urgent charge". I reported it. The engineer recognised the problem immediately and took steps to resolve it. He kept me informed and the issue was resolved within an hour of me raising it. Excellent service.

I had to transfer my EV charger to my new address. Installation went smooth with one of the Hypervolt partner companies recommended by them. However I had problems in setting up the unit at the new place to anew netwrok etc. I cantacted Hypervolt support and with 2 mails they walked me through the necessary steps and I could solve my problem easily with their guidence. Excellent support, perfect cutomer care. What else would anyone need when choosing which EV.
