Great experience buying online. The local store did not carry what I wanted and they hesitated to even follow up with me when they said they would. As my day was getting closer. I got online and the sales lady apologized on behalve and assured me to purchase it and if I did not like it. Send it back. She sent me additional pictures of my choice. Long story. When the ring came, it was elegant. More important is that SHE SAID YES.

The customer service was top notch. I worked with Amanda to design a custom wedding band. She graciously considered all of my adjustments and inquiries throughout the process and made working with her a delight! With my last minute order, Ritani worked hard to complete the production and the ring arrived just in time for my wedding. Amanda and her team were quick to reply to my emails and made communicating easy. The wedding band I received is breathtaking. I would absolutely recommend Ritani!

I was very satisfied with Ritani. They helped me find the best diamond with my specifications, even steering me away from some they didn't think I would be happy with. They shipped a diamond to a local jeweler and I went and previewed it with the jeweler. It was beautiful! I didn't end up buying a diamond from them and the return and refund went quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

Ritani was great to work with! This being my first time shopping for a diamond ring it was a bit intimidating. Ritani was very easy to communicate regarding any questions and placing my order. The entire process went smoothly and even working with the local jeweler was great. You won’t be disappointed!

The ring I ordered looks great, and I appreciate that it comes with a warranty. However, it took almost a month to be delivered.

After spending over 10,000 dollars at ritani, and 3 times getting a damaged and improperly engineered ring, they would not replace it. I had the ring tested at a local jeweler and the metal was flawed, still no replacement. Do not recommend using them at all.

I was skeptical about making a purchase this big online but everything turned out perfect. Great customer support staff as well, very friendly and helpful. I picked the ring out on the mobile App, went to the bank to complete the wire and received the ring 12 days later! Even the packaging the ring arrived in was top notch and it was very inconspicuous so you couldn't tell it was a ring let alone jewelry! great job!
