Am very pleased with my custom diamond stud earrings. I was able to choose the diamond quality/cut/size. The setting is exactly what I was looking for. I have been wearing them daily for the past 2 months and am happy with the quality so far. Used help to match a 3000 dollar engagement wedding band to a 5000 dollar engagement ring. They did not match the only way for a match would be for a custom ring after returning the original with 5 hand picked diamonds. My fiancé was already shown the band and returning would not be an option for a custom band fix as the wedding date was in two weeks. We used fed ex to get a simple plain band to meet the wedding deadline. Ritani had a 20 percent off sale off non custom jewelry come on in the middle of all this, which I thought only fair because of the mismatched ring that they (customer rep suggested)>and another ring I had to purchase. I was told no because it was still custom. (I even sent pictures to show how horrible the match was) I kept all the ring and paid for them but ill never use Ritani again. There are a lot of other places to shop for me; I do not like shopping for jewelry. Find someone else if you want something smooth for your wedding.
