Purchased a 3 day eSIM, calculation is advertised as starting from the moment the SIM is installed. But.. the 1st day is counted as whenever you reach midnight. So when I landed late, my first day only lasted 2 hours, and the SIM expired on last day of the trip. I tried to dispute with customer service, who asked me to purchase another eSIM. Take your money elsewhere.

Totally scammed. I made a mistake activating and deleting the esim 5 minutes after I bought it. So I contacted support they told me they cannot do anything and I should buy another one. NEVER. Don't use this service they won't refund you if something goes wrong.

I made a mistake ordering this esim not realising i couldnt use it on my phone and this company gave me a refund without any problem. I would totally recommend them for their great service, their understanding and their good business ethics. Others i know have used the esim and said it was great, just wasnt suitable for me.

I was looking for an esim option that meant I didn’t have to worry about costs when using my phone in thailand. The dtac unlimited data and calls esim that gigago offered met that requirement perfectly. The email arrived almost instantly with details for the sim, and installation was fairly straight forward (installing on an iPhone can be tricky, nothing to do with gigago however they included details on common issues which was really helpful). The service in thailand was superb, would recommend using this service and will come back for my next trip to Asia.

Bought a sim and set it up very easily. The data wouldn’t work at first as my settings were set slightly wrong. Contacted customer service and they replied and they sorted it within an hour after I sent a few screenshots.

I used eSIM to for Philippines for 1 week for a holiday. I had difficulty understanding how to connect with my phone because I’m awful with phones and technology. I chatted via WhatsApp and the assistance was superb, quick, polite and patient. Got connected in seconds. Thanks guys, really appreciate your replies. Misleading Thailand eSIMs The DTAC website says their 8 day truly unlimited (i.e. unlimited data at max speed) eSIM is available via Gigago. So I bought it via Gigago whose website also states "Experience Unlimited Data at 5G MAX SPEED" which means all data should be at max speed but after buying I realised much further down the page it says "50GB at MAX Speed, unlimited data at 384 kbps afterwards" This is misleading because the DTAC website implies it's the same deal, but it's not, and the misleading wording is featured far more prominently on the Gigago website than the correct wording. If you wanted unlimited data with no ridiculous speed reductions after a certain amount, buy direct from DTAC.

Received my e Sim straight away. Once in Vietnam instalation was easy and trouble free. Very good coverage throughout our travell from North to South all the time.

Horrifically bad service is Malaysia. Typical of a VSP, constant dropouts and barely usable on maxis network. Compared to a physical Sim on the same network, data is deprioritized

Compré una eSIM para usarla en Costa Rica y he tenido muchos problemas de conexión. Contacté con ellos por WhatsApp y después de muchas instrucciones y pérdida de tiempo, conseguí volver a tener conexión. Luego volví a perder la conexión varias veces, en alguna ocasión cuando más la necesitaba. No llegué a gastar todos los datos que había contratado por los problemas de conexión.

They announce on the website “ Enjoy WiFi calling over cellular and save your data for when you really need it with a Gigago travel eSIM!” but not wifi calling available only internet

Bought 2 Gigago eSIMs for me and my wife traveling from Thailand to Spain. Bought 14 days and 30 GB for our 12 day trip on our iPhone 13 and iPhone 15. Worked perfectly and had no issues. It was nice to land in Spain and immediately be connected to Orange and not have to wait and buys SIMs at the airport. Also much better than the roaming options from our provider. This was our first time using an eSIM as opposed to a hard SIM.

If no star is an option it wld be a no star rating. Purchased for my trip. An email was sent to me of delivery system delay. Waited for 5hrs. Still no email. Tried to contact customer support via WhatsApp, email which is suppose to be 24hrs but no response for 5hrs! I just wasted my money and no way to get a refund! SCAM! Beware!
