Customer Service excellent throughout the process during the period awaiting delivery. Tracey dealt with my query promptly and Joanna from the Trustpilot team was particularly helpful. Communication from start to finish excellent. Having just taken delivery of the furniture I can confirm the delivery men were excellent the communication leading up to the delivery date and on the day were timely and accurate. The furniture is quality it feels well made which was one of the factors in deciding to buy from Oak Furnitureland. The price was a consideration too and again due to the quality represents value for money. Compared to previous experiences over the years I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from OF again.

Overall buying my sideboard was good, my only issue was that, I wanted to buy it on interest free payments, but this was impossible because the system kept putting extra words to my address, so the billing address and the delivery address kept coming up different, it's probably a glitch in your system but found the process frustrating to say the least.

We have just received our table from Oak furniture and the delivery men were spot on. Nice and friendly, rang to say when they would be delivering it. Came hours earlier than expected which was a bonus. Thank you (bought from Stockton on tees branch)

The sales person we dealt with, Thomas, was superb. Nothing was too much trouble. He helped us identify the sofas that were the correct size, explained all the materials used and help us decide the best sofa for us. Great service and the products Oak furniture land produce are by far the best quality on the market.

Emma at the Chester store was incredible through the whole process. As I was purchasing for an upcoming house move - Emma made the whole process very easy and kept me updating after setting up a quote she even checked in to let me know the price of the furniture had gone down in price. She is an asset to the store and I will definitely be back for more :)

I made a visit to look at the furniture having seen it online. I spoke with Marcus who was excellent. I went home and was going to order it online but felt that I would make the journey back to store as they were so helpful and I know the store will have the purchase figures against their targets. They deserved to have the business and they were excellent. When I went back I was served by a lovely chap who was also very helpful and knowledgeable. If we all shop online these stores will end up closing so do use them to keep them open.

Purchased a recliner 2 seater sofa and a recliner chair. Staff very helpful. Took my order. 6 days later my suite was delivered, unpacked and set up by 2 very friendly delivery guys. Great Service.
