Nice showroom in Chelmer Village and given plenty of time and space to wonder around. When I needed some advice the salesman was excellent - very knowledgeable on products plus friendly/funny. Order process was pretty straight-forward, given lots of options for delivery within about a week. Delivery date was great, the guys phoned early morning with a 2 hour window and again about 20 mins before. Were nice guys and put the bed together quickly and were good fun to chat to. Very impressed with the bed and whole process, plus the purchase price was good too. Would definitely recommend this company :-)

The book case was delivered on time with no damage. However the oak top of book case looks odd as on one corner there is a bit of joined wood which is a different colour to the other side so it looks out of place . I would of given 5 stars other wise update After speaking to a customer adviser who telephoned me the problem has now been resolved to my full satisfaction I have now changed my star rating I’m now very happy with with the result and will continue to buy furniture from Oak Furniture land and add to my St ives collection.

I decided against completing an online order as they don't have sensibly priced delivery options for smaller items, and they've been bombarding me with phone calls ever since. It really is poor practice for an established company to be hounding people like this.

Damien was very helpful, not at all pushy which is important and makes a pleasant change.

Had my new sofas today & the delivery drivers Tom & Shaun from Walsall were fantastic, they went above & beyond with how they respected my order & my property, they were extremely polite & took away all the packaging. Great to see such nice helpful staff , thank you guys 👍

Absolutely appalling customer service, in store promise everything and then the call centre operators fail to deliver with the goods. Standard text reply, the same as on Twitter just to let you think someone is assisting

I placed an order, and I was surprised when I received the email about their delivery. They wanted to deliver their product between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., and when I called them, I got the answer that this time slot is not changeable. (This late time is very uncomfortable to me.) Also, they told me that this info was somewhere in the order email or the bill. However, this info was not on their website when I placed the order. Eventually, I did not cancel my order, but they lost a loyal customer who had ordered from them multiple times. This was my last order, as this is unfair and unacceptable. Update: Thank you for your answer. I do not want to discuss this order. I called your team today, and there was zero flexibility on your side. I accepted this. I just shared my honest review. Please deliver it within the given time slot. Thank you. Have a great day.

Great experience with Paul at the Haverfordwest showroom, friendly and very knowledgeable. It was great to see the sofas in person before purchase and Paul was very helpful - thank you! 10/10 would recommend.
