No service anywhere

I am a small business owner in the States. When traveling to Europe no way better to stay in touch back home. Service was clear and full all over eastern Poland.

I felt the service from people to help out was great, but there were some issues. The small phone to call from ok, seem alot of static on call. as to the internet phone, what app worked great, but other aspects were so slow that I gave up here and there

In this day and age, with so many smart phones, we were given blackberrys that are hard to use and nearly impossible to communicate with. I wish I just used wifi for my U.S. IPhone or just bucked up and got the international plan. The blackberrys were cheaper but totally not effective. I will never rent these again!

I RENTED AN AMIGO SIM CARD FOR ISRAEL. I TRAVELED FROM NORTH TO SOUTH IN ISRAEL & HAD NO ISSUES WITH CALLS, MESSAGES OR DATA AT ALL. IT DID EXACTLY WHAT IT WAS EXPECTED TO DO. MY FRIEND PURCHASED A SIM CARD IN ISRAEL FOR $29, HOWEVER, THE CALLS WERE LIMITED TO LOCAL ONLY. HE COULD NOT MAKE CALLS TO US WITH IT. I WAS VERY PLEASED THAT I CHOSE AMIGO & PURCHASED MY SIM FROM THEM.

After several years of renting from Amigo, I continue to be very satisfied with the service. Having a cell phone in Israel is a must. A plain vanilla flip-phone works for me. Being able to conveniently keep in touch with family back home in the States for the one low price is great.

Amigo is fine. Im not crazy about the blackberry i rented but thats because i wasnt familiar with it. It worked well everywhere and Amigo customer service was very friendly and helpful. When i rent a phone, i dont want any unknowns and Amigo hasnt disappointed me. I recommend them.

I recently took a trip to Israel and rented 2 SIM cards from Amigo. The entire process was very confusing and hardly had any guidance. I was never told my credit card was/wasn't charged. I wasn't even informed how much the total was until I looked at my credit card statement. On the confirmation order it gave me various prices and I didn't know which ones applied to me. When I picked up the SIM cards from a distributer, I wasn't given any instructions with it. How to check my voicemail, how to call America, etc. Since Amigo is a big company, I was pretty surprised. I honestly don't know if I'll use them again especially also since the prices weren't great.

I am not swift when it comes to technical things, and therefore had questions before I left on my trip about how to operate my rented Amigo phone. The company rep who answered when I called to ask my questions was rude, dismissive, and snippety. He had little patience for me. I quickly realized that I was dealing with a real wiseguy, someone with an attitude, rather than a helpful, supportive, individual. The result was that, while I could make and receive phone calls while I was abroad (which I was able to figure out by myself), I was never able to figure out how to check my phone for messages. This impeded the value and usefulness of the rental. Techno-primitives like myself: Beware!

What a great feeling to be able to stay in touch whenever...wherever while traveling in Israel. Will definitely use Amigo again!

I always use Amigo anytime I go to Israel. I could wifi virtually anywhere. It was nice staying connected everywhere I went.

Service is prompt. No hidden fees. Phones are simple no frills.

This is not the first time we've used Amigo when traveling to Israel. We continue to use Amigo because they provide great value, and customer support if needed.
