Phone did not work.

Paid for call forwarding. Was given the wrong sprint code to call forward. The system did not work. Left message with amigo and mid week Simone turned call forwarding on for me. Since I had the wrong code had to call amigo when I returned to undo call forwarding. After following amigo instructions it still didn’t work. Called sprint who had blocked it and they spent half a morning turning the call forwarding off. There must be an easier way to do this.

easy to purchase and place in the phone. A bit trying in terms of getting it working and getting the features going. I got a good plan and found only was able to upload when i was attached to a home or hotel or dinning area router. Phone calls worked fine

I've used Amigo's services multiple times and in multiple countries. Each experience has been wonderful! This past time I had to make a last minute international trip (I found out that I had to travel 3000 miles with less than 24 hours notice!) and Amigo was able to get me set up with a phone and SIM card really quickly. If your traveling, you've got to go with Amigo!

everything except the voice messages worked - the voice messages were set in a foreign language and i could not reach anyone to help

I rented a broadband modem for use in Paris for six days. I have in the past rented many such a modem from Amigo's competitors for use in Israel and in Italy. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a broadband modem. It work fine for a day or two, then slowed down to the point where it was too frustrating to use. I wrote to Amigo support. They responded with a suggestion to try. I tried it and it did not help. I wrote back saying as much but I did not get any further responses from Amigo support. I did not use the modem for the rest of my stay in Paris. I can't see myself using Amigo again.

They shipped my SIM card quickly. I arrived in Israel, popped the card into my iphone, and that's all it took. Everything worked perfectly with no further troubleshooting or configuration needed. I plan on using Amigo-US again.

The AMIGO employees are always nice and helpful. But every time we've used the service, there is some point with a break in service. I don't know if it is the Israeli phone service that they contract with or what, but it is annoying to have to get things fixed when we are on vacation.
