We rented an Amigo phone on a recent 10 day trip to Israel. We ordered it online, and received it before our trip. During our trip, when we used it, the reception was perfect and clear. It was easy to use. When we returned home, we just packaged it up in the box provided, and sent it back. No problems at all. We were very pleased with the phone.

Our phone worked great for our entire vacation in Israel. Will recomend Amigo to everyone.

I rented a phone for my 14 year old son who was on a school trip to Israel. The service was amazing, the phone worked and was easy to use, and the bill was what I expected it to be! All in all, I would use Amigo phones again and again!

The phones we received had very poor audio quality. Also, the wrong adapter plug was included for both phones.

This is the second time I have used Amigo's SIM cards and MiFi devices in Israel. The devices worked perfectly and were easy to set up. Customer service over email was very responsive - great about extending my reservation. Return process is very easy. Great value - especially for unlimited data, texts, and calls back to US.

I have been using amigo for many years...phones a bit outdated....company set me to start on a certain day but forgot to account for the fact that Israel is seven hours ahead so that I had no phone when I arrived....otherwise satisfactory

I rented a basic phone (without a data plan) for $1 per day and 19 cents per minute for both local and international outgoing calls. The quality of the reception was excellent in Israel. The voicemail was easy to set up following the instruction sheet. All told, I was very pleased.

We appreciate getting a phone number before we travel so that we can alert friends. The phone arrived on time, worked perfectly during our visit and was easy to return. We will use the service again the next time we visit Israel.

I used two Amigo SIM cards for my wife's and my iPhones 4S and 5. The instructions were simple. We followed the directions and everything worked perfectly. The rates were reasonable. I would recommend anyone traveling to Israel try Amigo.

I had no issues with outgoing calls. However, I only received (2) incoming calls when (coincidentally) the phone was opened.at the time of the call. For all of my other incoming calls, the callers later told me there call was forwarded to an answering service. I received no message on my phone that I had received any calls. This caused me major inconvenience because the party that I was meeting was unable to contact me to tell me he had missed his flight. I was unable to learn of the issue for 6 hours because of the time difference.

Amigo has always been available to address anything that has arisen for our group. We appreciate their attentiveness.

I would recommend Amigo phones to anyone. The person helping me with the order was clear and helpful. The phone arrived on time fully charged and ready to go. The phone performed perfectly in Israel. There were no hidden or surprising costs. The return shipping was easy. We used it to stay in contact with people back in the USA and to make local calls in Israel.
