I very much like the older model Blackberry I ordered. It is easy to use and clear in its key functions. It maintains good communication. I also like the unlimited data plan I ordered. This makes staying in touch easy. The shop where I pick up my phone are courteous and efficient. It is great to be able to pick up the phone where you live, before you travel.

My husband could not get through to me from US even with your help. I told him to forget it and I called him. Also, I got an email that you did not receive the phone back. We got sick because we sent it back right away. When we called you, you said you have the phone. Hello! I have not received a bill yet and it is 3 weeks since I have been home. Easy and convenient mailing the phone to me. Easy instructions.

I've used this company many times when traveling to israel, and I have found their phones easy to use and reliable.

My Amigo phone worked out great! It was delivered on time and was working when I landed. The return was simple as well. Would highly recommend,

The instructions where very rudimentary. I was never able to access my messages. The volume control was impossible to activate. But I was able to call and respond to a call.

The blackberry met all my expectations on trip to Israel.

It worked. It powered on, allowed calls to go & come, allowed saving addresses, & could be powered off. There was no user manual to help understand & use a simple process such as save addresses to someplace else or remove the one or two photos I was able to take. It worked.

My sim card did not work when i was there. The service was very spotty and wifi worked much better and was more reliable

I rented a phone several years ago, and it was very easy to use. This one was not. I never did figure out how to send or receive texts or listen to voicemail. Also, it would automatically jump to call numbers other than those I was clicking on. Very disappointed.

I have used Amigo phones many times for our trips to Israel. Have always been pleased with the produce. I never had any problems with calling in Israel or with anyone calling me from abroad. I have recommended Amigo to friends and they also have been very pleased. As well the price is very reasonable. thank you

I am so happy that I rented my phone from Amigo US. I was able to keep in touch with everyone in the US, call my friends in Israel and check my email in my free time! The price was right and I had never used a Blackberry before, but it was fairly easy. I did have one problem and my problem was multiplied that besides never using a Blackberry, the people I was with had never used a Blackberry, so I had to wait until I got back to the hotel to google the problem that evening. So, my suggestion to Amigo is please switch to iPhones!!!

I was recommended to use Amigo and I would recommend Amigo to anyone.

Others had Verizon and T-mobile and were unable to stay in contact by texting and phone with their loved ones. My Amigo phone allowed me daily contact by texting and phone to my loved ones.

I used Amigo to get a SIM card for my recent trip to Israel. They were very kind & supportive, answering all of my questions with patience. The SIM card was shipped to my home prior to departure. Using it was very easy. The cost of their service is exceptional as well.

used an old blackberry...was fair ..browser not trusty at the beginning of use..just needed something quick for travel abroad w/o using mt sfone
